  1. When you want fish men on the table you can never have too many of them. Here are two more tiik warriors, with spawn in tow, and a champion. I painted the champion in predator fish colors, dark blue and grey, kind of shark like. He is on a Bag of Crap base with a ruined stela. The warriors are on swamp terrain bases that I built.
  2. Normally I'd title this a little simpler but Marineal's gorgeous Tiik Champion is nearby and I'd rather people not confuse the two. So this is my Tiik Champion. Nothing fancy about the basing; it's on a 1.5-inch fender washer for extra stability, painted illusionistically like sand. WIP thread here.
  3. I spend less than 2 hours on this guy. He was the practice mini in James Wappel's Advanced Glazing class at ReaperCon this year. The brush that is pictured is the brush used to paint him. Wappel likes using cheap craft brushes since they are affordable and since he gave one that is what I used. This fellow was based and primed whitish by Wappel before class and we spend the class mostly applying glazes or glazes mixed with some thicker colors for things like spots. It was a lot of fun. For those interested in the base, Wappel has a blog post with the process. He also has two posts showing his process on the example minis that he prepainted for the class.
  4. This is my first attempt at a water base. I have used one of the new Reaper Bones II bases upside down for the beach. Tiik Champion coming out of the water. Comments and Critiques are welcome. Likes also are welcome... Just sayin! Thanks Robinh
