  1. Dark Heaven Legends Thelgar Halfblood 03197 converted using greenstuff and warhammer bits. Painted and used as a pc in my dnd campaign :D
  2. Finished at the last minute, another year in a row of Nurgly Orks for Orctober! These were printed from Duncan Shadow Louca's designs
  3. Here is the Grenadier Action Art “Super Orc Fighter.” Aside from the name being kind of funny, I also find it a bit ambiguous. He has very fancy antique armor. In my imagination he found the armor somewhere and put it on, and now he is the envy of the tribe. However, he prefers to use the same old rusty axe, which he doesn’t seem to know how to swing properly, and probably doesn’t realize that he is a wearing a vorpal sword at his belt.

    03821: Half Orc Merchant

03821: Half Orc Merchant I saw this guy and all I could think of was a random merchant walking between towns trying to stop you before you go to town and buy his wares. He might even have a quest or two at some point. The first photo is the base work I did on him. These is a VERY heavy miniature. I decided to keep him attached and just sculpt a base around his to blend. There will be grass and what not at the end which will blend things even better. I primed this chap then started working on his back pack and decided I should stop and do the face since it is usually the hardest point for me. It came out well and I may tweak it a be by the end. I wanted him to look like a "Fancy man" trying to get your attention and putting his best face forward to sell his wares. HA! The back pack coloration is inspired by the Legend of Zelda Breath of the wild treasure chest I saw online; dark brown with gold trim. Also in this picture you can see the rest of the base. I wanted to portray him possibly breaking over a direction sign (to the town) so you will ask him then he would offer his wares.

    77064: Kavorgh, Orc Warboss

Continuing my paint up of all the bosses in the Forge of Fury, here is Kavorgh, painted up to be the Orc Wight Champion. My first time playing with a light box to get better pictures too :)

    8 Bones Orcs

Here are 8 of my 16 Bones orcs. I cut each figure off of their broccoli base and used my Basius basing pads to create custom bases. Additionally, I did some kit-bashing with plastic weapons from the Bones 3 Kickstarter. I swapped the two-handed sword from the Orc Berserker for an axe which I envisioned him taking from an elf or dwarf. For the Orc Hunter, I cut off his spear and swapped out a mace and dagger combo since I felt like he could pull off a rogue look. In my DND world, 90% of orcs are olive green skinned, and 10% are of a subrace known as Dreadnaught Orcs. This breed of orc has purple-hued skin tones due to magical enhancement by mages from a long-forgotten war. They're smarter, tougher, and have innate magical abilities. I went for a variety of skin tones to try and make them look more unique. 14196: Greka, Reven Solo

Hi all, Long time lurker, first time poster. Here is my take on Greka, for use in my current run of Forge of Fury as Burdug the Shaman.
  8. A set of Orc Shamans recently released through Duncan Shadow's Patreon. All were printed on my Ender 3. My favorite of the batch, the, ahem, "Vomit Mage". The design was apparently inspired by the Warhammer Ogre Firebelly, who has always been a favorite of mine. This was my first print using clear filament: The most generic looking of the Shamans. The corrupted Warlock. I think I'll call him Dan.
  9. RAFM Hartha the Death Machine, Orc War Triceratops. A great vintage lead kit.. Of course it HAD to go into my Lost World Project. WIP here: http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/69308-lost-world-project-glitterwolf-paints-coldblooded-creatures-and-conquistadores/&page=105 Enjoy!
  10. Hello everyone! This mini is meant to be a major NPC in the DnD campaign I’m DMing. She’s one of the PC’s wife and was turned by the big bad guy.

    03879 Gon'Tarr, Orc Shaman

I am fairly new to painting; I started last fall, but I feel like I've made a good bit of progress in the ~3/4 of a year that I've been at it. I decided that I needed to finally bite the bullet and post a finished mini. This sculpt was perfect for the campaign that I'm DM'ing and it released on my birthday, so I decided he would be the first! Let me know what you think!

    Orc Shaman

Posting this guy here since it's finished. No fancy base for him since it will go on the vignette , so I will certainly once put in there add couple stuff on that tiny base but for now I just make it so it mostly match the rest of the vignette ground ( see orc wip ) Wip link : and the final pic ( played a bit to have other than white background xD )

    Torg, Orc Stalker 14602

The weather is basically perfect, so I have been outside painting and writing D&D adventures while enjoying the sunshine! I got this bad dude finished a little bit ago and I am pretty proud of how he turned out. I will probably go back and touch a few things up later on, but right now I would appreciate any critiques and advice. Thanks in advance!
  18. I was using this to try a different skin color which I like and I believe I was going to do a bit more detailed TMM but got side tracked. After several months of no work on him, I decided to get him "done" to tabletop level. Here are some shaky iPad photos. C&C welcome.
  19. Howdy, The best thing about Hero Quest... Grazie, Kev! P.S. Click, if you dare... P.P.S. @Sophie was taken, I have been brushing on Stynylrez, lately...

    14536: Varaug, Orc Warlord

I'm playing a half-orc warpriest in a Pathfinder game who uses a huge ol' axe. I figured this would be a pretty good mini for him. Base was made with GW Agrellan earth with some Vallejo pigments on it to give it some better color. I used rattlesnake leather as his base skin color, with a wash of dark elf shadow and highlighted with green ochre. I went with red hair, because why not? Reaper red hair triad.
