  1. Okay, here we go. I have this lovely Warpwolf Stalker, which I painted a while ago. I have, since I leveled up a bit, revisited the stalker. Here is the original picture: Here is the current front view (and other views) I'm really happy with the extension of what I have done with him, and I'm much happier with the figure as a whole. Any C&C is welcome, but I think I improved significantly from the initial painting to the reworking I've done on this one. C&C is welcome on this one.
  2. 2 Orc Snipers 1 Orc Stalker 2 Orc Marauder 1 Kavorgh Orc Boss 2 Orc Berserkers 4 Orc Hunters 3 Orc Archers 3 Orc Spearmen Enjoy :)
  3. I got a photo setup over the holidays and managed to mess around enough to get some photos. You can find the second part of the WIP (and links to the start) here. I tried a bunch of backgrounds but ended up really enjoying the wood veneer and the standard grey background. I'll maybe show a bit of both. 77045 Orc Stalker 77051 Orc Hunter This was also the first time I tried basing. I'm pretty happy with the results. I feel like the contrast got lost along the way, and if I were to redo this, I'd push it a bit further (though I used a wide range of colours).
  4. This is continued WIP that used to be part of my gigantic continued WIP. It will essentially be for the basing of the 77045-Orc Hunter (Spear), and 77051-Orc Stalker. Both by Tre Manor. I'm mostly done the basing, but I thought I'd create a new thread for that before I post in show-off (hopefully on the weekend). I just need to get dinner started and convert pics, so stay tuned for posts showing basing progress. I will be using a similar basing technique with my other orc berserker.
  5. Tearing through my Bones, trying to get ready for Bones II, and AVP.
  6. I didn't like how his sword was pointing up so high in the original sculpt (sort of like a baseball player ready to swing a bat.) So I lowered it a bit and used some scupting putty to fill in the gaps around his arm. OMG another minis that I had to paint in pieces. After I painted the whole body, I then painted the arm/sword, then glued them together. I don't have the best of times with any superglue. I sat on the couch for about 20 minutes before letting go. Sometimes that doesn't mean anything and the part will still fall off, but luck be a lady that night, he kept the arm. Woo hoo!
