  1. Sphinx - 77576

Here is the Sphinx from Bones 3. She was fun to paint with lots of little details. She has the prettiest face and since she is a little larger, there was lots of room to practice facial features. Hope my players are good at riddles! The color on the photos is a little "off" and everything appears a bit more yellow than it actually is. My batteries were dying in my camera so I was trying to hurry and didn't realize the color was slightly off. C&C welcome! Thanks for looking!
  2. I started out with an Egyptian Undead faction in my Lost World but it didn't feel right. http://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/69308-lost-world-project-glitterwolf-paints-coldblooded-creatures-and-conquistadores/ After some good advice from @malefactus I decided to move the Eygptians to their own thread. The first one is my Mummy Captain. Now working on a Grenadier Undead Rhino Captive Carrier with a Bones Priestess as Crew

  4. Avatar of Thoth, Egyptian god of Knowledge

This one took me a long time, but it was fun, and I think it turned out rather nice!
  5. Kalith, Mummy King

This one took me a long time, but it was surprisingly fun! ""A mummy with a red and white cape, copper sword, white headdress and tunic, and golden jewelry and belt with encrusted lapis lazuli and turqoise. Holds golden staff with lapis jackal head. Stands on a rocky sandstone base surrounded by sand."" Soon to be sold on eBay with two others.
  6. Egyptian Lapis Jackal Statue

    This one was extremely fun!
  7. Nefsokar Devourer of Ammat, Statue

This one was an absolute blast to paint!! "Nefsokar Devourer of Ammat pewter mini from Reaper Miniatures. Painted as a sandstone statue, with glowing-red eyes, and awesome khopesh sword. Comes with a square base with Agrellan Badland paint." Will be listed along with two other minis (Goant Cobra and Mummy Captain) on Ebay very soon.
  8. Giant Cobra

Wow, this was fun!! "Giant Cobra plastic mini from Reaper Miniatures. A dull brown, giant cobra (roughly 2 in. tall) with red eyes, and tan chevron pattern on neck. Base includes Agrellan Earth paint, giant sandstone slabs (made of plastic cutouts), desert static grass, skulls, and two jars (lapis and terra cotta colored)." Will be listed along with two other minis (Nefsokar statue and Mummy Captain) on Ebay very soon.
  9. Hi Everyone, After many trials and tribulations the Legend of Cleopatra Indiegogo campaign has finally been launched! There are 12 new sets of miniatures on offer, some really cool stretch goal rewards and the entire Dark Fable range is available as Add-ons. The perks offer some great deals and there is even two EARLY BIRD specials which are even more of a bargain. I am very excited about this campaign and think that you will really be pleased with the miniatures. The campaign will run for 6 weeks until 29 May 2017. I really hope you can all join in on this latest campaign - which is the 6th Indiegogo project Dark Fable miniatures has run. Please check out the link below! 10. Egyptian Cultists

From Dark Fable miniatures, a pair of cultists. He looks like he's just noticed Cthulhu, and she has a smirk that says "I told you so".
  11. These are the minis that Tosek painted for me for Secret Sophie. These are the pictures that he took that are way better than the quick ones I took at the kitchen table. I loved everything he sent me and will post pictures of the other goodies once I return home but wanted to show off these painted ones now! They are Nefsokar Devourer of Ammat (14381), Khadath, Nefsokar Captain (14064), and Tomb Guard (14370). They are so cool!
  12. 92810 Avatar of Sokar

Whatever I decide to paint next will be a walk in the park after this guy.
  13. This is a mastaba, "Egyptian Tomb IWS-EGY-011," from Itar's Workshop and two identical columns, I'm not sure where from. The old Ral Partha mindflayer and Reaper's Merith of the Flame are included for scale. "Mastaba" is a comparatively modern Arabic word meaning "bench." The original Egyptian hieroglyphs read "pr-djt" or "pr-djed" and meant "house of the afterlife." The hieroglyphs are gibberish (some are even sideways), which bugs me in a minor way. Just as a side note, the mastaba is hollow with a reinforcing partition in the middle. I lined it with green felt with an idea to storing related minis inside. My husband has been referring to it as a dice cup.
