  1. This sweet girl was abandoned and had kittens at some point over the summer. I caught her going through the trash looking for food and have been providing kibble and water. Last month, just before R'con she brought her babies to our back door. When they are not on the deck they are in the woods behind our house, living wild. Anyway, she is going in tomorrow for a spay with our favorite vet, and I need to come up with something of a name more fitting than "baby mamma" to go in the records. Any suggestions? I am fresh out of ideas. We named the female tuxedo kitten "Sugar Boots", for her white paws, when she got spayed last week. One more kitten, a dark mackerel striped tabby, probably a girl, needs a name too.
  2. These are the set BFM MLS003 from Bad Squiddo, which I have discovered is called "Vampire Thralls", although in my notes I call them "feral vampires" and I think of them as more unaffiliated vampire pirates or swashbucklers. (Although thinking about it, it would be really difficult to be a vampire pirate, what with the total lack of shade and all.) I painted one of them up blonde, because blonde vampires look extra creepy. There is a WIP thread here. As ever, comments, critiques, and questions are welcome.
  3. This week I finished up the Canine figure from the "Bones 2" KS Original Figures set. He is part of the Animal Companion set in Reaper's online store. I chose to paint it up like a Wild Dog, one of the Creatures encountered in Frostgrave. Nothing fancy, just a tabletop paint job. C and C welcome.
