    60161: Ilnerik Sivanshin

Painted this up for Rat13 as part of the Summer Exchange. Wanted to do a limited summer/fall color scheme and I am happy with how he turned out. These are not the best pictures in the world as they were taken quickly before packing him up.

    01610 Dain Deepaxe (Duergar)

Hey guys, I'm back with a second mini to show off. My dad recently decided to join the campaign that I DM for my college friends, (he has never played a tabletop game before), and he decided to play a Duergar Death Cleric. My LGS still had a few of the 25th Anniversary Dain Deepaxes, and it's the perfect mini for him. Had a little trouble pinning the arms, but very happy overall. Anyway, say hello to Ulfgar Fireforge, Cleric of Laduguer!

    03879 Gon'Tarr, Orc Shaman

I am fairly new to painting; I started last fall, but I feel like I've made a good bit of progress in the ~3/4 of a year that I've been at it. I decided that I needed to finally bite the bullet and post a finished mini. This sculpt was perfect for the campaign that I'm DM'ing and it released on my birthday, so I decided he would be the first! Let me know what you think!

    Frost Giant 77544

Almost done... Just the snow and some painting details... Really liked the model, and is 1 of the main reasons I backed bones 3...the posture was tough, I liked that a lot. One of my first serious attempt of NMM, very happy with it. Unfortunately Tha backside if the axe is better than the front.... A well... Hope u like. Edit: icicles are from train-model building sets. Translucent plastic, and I sprayed a bit of white on the base of the icicle.

    Custom Heroforge Aarakocra

I printed this design from heroforge needing a custom, notable NPC, swashbuckling aarokocra captain of the high seas for a campaign. Not a perfect print or paint, but good enough for the table.

    77267: Kallaguk, Troll King

I painted this guy today for an upcoming encounter. This figure was a lot of fun.
  8. This is one of two figures in the Dungeons & Dragons Nolzur’s Marvelous Miniatures line Male Tiefling Mage. It was one of the first minis I picked up when I was learning to paint. I wasn't sure how I wanted to paint it, so it's been sitting in my inventory for a few months. Now that I have some experience with lighting effects, I decided to go over the top with the color.
  9. I whipped this guy up on Heroforge, modded, printed, and painted him today. I had been looking for a good dragonborn/dragonman/reptus/etc but have been left wanting. This guy is a silver dragonborn cleric, death domain, follower of Tiamat (I know, non-chromatic) for a 5E campaign. I'm happy with how he turned out considering I was shooting for table quality.

    77074: Dain Deepaxe (Bones)

This is the bones casting. I wish I had gotten the metal version once I started painting this as it seems some details were lost, especially in the face, and I found it more difficult to paint.

    14418: Bloodstone Gnome Scragger

It has been a while, but I am back with another mini from Reaper. This time its a Blood Stone Gnome, which I tried to paint up as a goblin. Hope you all like it. Any C&c is welcomed.

    Barbarian Axeman of Icingstead

Painted a lot since I last came here. Here is one I did for a player
  15. Hello all, just finished another Ral Partha Hackmaster figure, this time a male dwarf thief, dagger in one hand and crossbow in the other. It's another figure sculpted by the prolific Jim Johnson back in about 2003. For this one, I wanted darker colors, but really the hardest part on him was deciding the line at the edges of his leather jerkin. I had considered red and gold, but then for some reason purple ended up being the color I went with. Enjoy!

    Bjorn, Dwarven Warrior

Hey there Reaper people! here is my take on Bjorn, Dwarven Warrior using NMM. This was painted late last year and is currently being used as a test subject for the new backdrop and my new phone camera. I hope you like it. C&c always welcome. Enjoy.
  17. Well, I finally have gotten around to starting up the Necromancer's from Zombicide: Black Plague. I could have started with the core Necro, but I felt inspired to start with Grin. Now I as I painted him up I had to constantly tell myself he's only for gaming. But I think he has some character. The game fiction has him being a Necromancer that failed at an attempt to bring out the dead, from a pesky adventurer. So I decided to give him a similar complexion to my zombies. Then I decided to attempt to give him some red lips to enhance his grin. In the end for a table top mini I think he came out ok. Though After painting him up I noticed a few spots I'll touch up. Then I though that he would have look cool painted up as a not-joker. *Sigh* Maybe someday I'll look to see if I can acquire another copy. Thanks for any C&C you feel inspired to give.
  18. Updated photos of General Matisse I painted a few months ago. Would appreciate any c&c. Please enjoy.

I painted this late last year and posted him up on the Facebook page. This is the updated image using my new camera/backdrop setup. Please enjoy. As usual C&c always wellcomed.

  21. Bad Squiddo Games put out this set of four vampire hunters (from rather different eras), SKU: BFM MLS007. Some parts of some of the sculpts are a little crude. In the end I think I painted them rather roughly, but then my sympathies tend to lie on the other side. There is no WIP. As always, comments and critiques are welcome. I think of this guy as the Dum-Dum Dugan of the group. This one just seemed disreputable, almost as scary as the monsters he hunts. This guy could be any sort of modernish cowboy or frontiersman, I think. I painted up the Baroque one as Latino and imagined him dealing with infestations in colonial California. This isn't a great angle, except I like how his chained book turned out. We have some old books about, and the ancient worn leather does tend to look like that.

    Wolf Tribe - Rageclaw Warrior

I'm working on painting a tribe of wolf people and this is the second guy I've completed (first one here). This is also the first custom base that I've made. Funny side note: Early on in painting this guy I posted on the works in progress board asking for opinions on what is hanging on his foot. The conclusion that we came to was that it was some kind of buckle which apparently the sculptor of this piece (Werner Klocke) is obsessed with. As I kept painting I definitely started noticing the abundance of buckles across the various leather straps. It just made me laugh every time I discovered a new one. Anyway comments, suggestions, and criticisms welcome! Thanks!

    14032: Corm, Ghostmane Shaman

Edit: updated the pictures to have a neutral background (suggested by Glitterwolf) and better lighting. Hey Guys! I'm pretty new to painting miniatures but I'm having a lot of fun with it. This is the first one that I feel really good about but I'd also love some feedback. Thanks!
  24. I'm painting a Rageclaw Warrior and I'm trying to figure out what this thing is. He has a leather strap wrapped around one of his hind legs and there's something hanging off it. Can anyone tell what it is? It's a package or a letter maybe? I don't know what color to paint it.

    02607: Bjorn, Dwarven Warrior

Started doing NMM again after almost half a year painting my Skaven AoS army. What do you all think? Thanks in advance for any advice or criticisms.
