  1. Lord of the Dish Pit

    Pumpkin Knights

I combined the heads from the Pumpkin Minions that came with the Graveyard Expansion with the Bones Barrow Wardens to create champions for the Witch Army's Pumpkin Guard. My idea for them is that each Knight was created by a different Witch who was using whatever armor/weapons were available at the time, allowing for a great deal of individuality while using the common color of purple to tie them in with the rest of the army. The Green Knight. I went with a brighter green for his highlights as I wanted his armor to suggest more of a vine than the gifts of Nurgle. Between his style of sword and the wings on his armor, this one reminded me of Gary Oldman in the beginning scenes of Bram Stoker's Dracula so I painted him accordingly. I went with a regular dulled armor scheme for this one, and decided to give his sword orange/yellow runes and gem to represent the Wrath of the Great Pumpkin.
