Reaper Online Store Revision

I know how that is. This is a blessing and a curse because you don't forget about the random minis you stumble upon and end up spending more money then you probably should.

Something I'm working on. Yes. There will be a proper wish list feature where you can fly miniatures back and forth.

At present I just use a spreadsheet to keep track of hero-types, villain-types, a rough reminder "description" of the mini so that I have a memory jogging device, the cost, and the ID number. It works for my purposes...but I'm glad to hear that something is in the works.

While I can save all those hordes of miniatures that I'm interested in inside my shopping cart, I'm wondering how hard it would be for Reaper to create a wishlist for its members. Not only would this appease my irrational fear of accidentally emptying out my bank account with one "purchase now", but it'd also be a means by which friends and family could get me a gift by my prompting. (The fact is, I have over 200 minis tagged in my cart that I want to hang onto .. but not purchase right away. If I end up purchasing, I'm going to have to delete all of them (and find them again later).) :-(

If you can't do a wishlist, then how about something like Paizo's "save for later" option?

I second that idea! I would love a better way to keep track of minis I want and maybe be able to show family and friends!

Me too! There was a Wish List a few years ago. And now my make-shift Wish List method is gone. For Christmas I put a lot of items in my cart then exported it to excel. I used that as a Wish List for family/friends/me. I see the export option is no longer there.

I'd definitely like to see this feature. My current list is a numbers sheet I keep with details on how I might use the mini for gaming. It'd be nice to have the export with the picture. Can I use the hidden link above to do so?

The hidden link opens up an excel spreadsheet. So, basically, unless I'm missing something, all you can do is export your item no. A wish list that you could scroll via pics of the miniatures would be most excellent.

[Haven't read it before, sorry for the repost]

This is a small feature I would find sweet.

Sometimes I spend a loooong time surfing through Reaper's catalogue planning what to add to my next order. But, there are so many miniatures I like, that sometimes I miss a few of them when I finally make my order some days later.

It would be a nice (and easy to do) idea to add a wishlist feature.

What do you think?

In light of the recent thread on mis-tagged minis and ReaperBryan saying that our feedback is invaluable, I thought I would post a public plea for some sort of wish list capability in the store. I love the Reaper products, and this site, but for Christmas ideas for family I had to go with the Reaper stuff I could find on Amazon. The fact you can save your cart here at Reaper indefinitely is helpful to some extent, but A) Nobody else can get in it and B) I had to wipe out the 36 items I didn't buy. Yes, I printed it first, and this will work for me to some degree for stuff I will buy personally, but I have a lot of friends/family who like to shop via wishlist. They are never going to be confident enough about what I like and/or don't already have to buy minis if it's not a specifically listed item.

Anyway, perhaps it is very difficult, I have no idea, but I thought there was no harm in asking. I appreciate the high level of interaction with the staff members here, and I thank you for your time.

One somewhat kludgy option that works right now is to use the universal wish list feature on amazon that lets you add links from 3rd party sites to your lists. Unfortunately, I can't get anyone in my extended family to actually purchase things from 3rd party sites linked to by Amazon. It is still useful for me though to keep track of priorities.

I agree that a wishlist on the Reaper site itself would be a bit more useful, but I also suspect it is a fair ammount of work for them to set up.
