I just finished the Bones Purple Worm, and found it's a little top heavy. Because of this, I am thinking I may need to pin him to the base. Has anyone based the Purple worm with just glue? Did it hold solid?

I don't like doing work I don't have to. ^_^

I didn't have to pin him down, but I've epoxied him to a 2" square base of (I'm not sure of the thickness, just under 1/4") styrene. I built up 2 layers of styrene on top of the base (trying to make the worm taller, more menacing). I'll post pics, soon, when I get the hang of it.

I would still love to see an example of a mini based with a washer if anyone knows of any...

Me too, actually. I hear a lot about them, but I don't think I've seen one yet. ::):

Ub3r_N3rd's right about you.

I think I might have a bit of LK envy

Hi LK, not you obviously, you're the only Reaperite I like

You are my much more important Reaper board man-crush.

I have a couple. If I can find time I'll snap a picture or two.
