How about off-board ARM artillery?   The OpFor would not know a round was in coming and hopefully not turn off his ECM and not move.  The counter to that would be to turn off the ECM and move, similar to modern Army doctrine of Shoot and Scoot.  Of course then you have gaps in ECM coverage.  Quite a few challenges in making rules covering this aspect for sure.

How about off-board ARM artillery?  

Strikes are already a part of CAV 2 and worked this way. They ignored Jamming bonuses.  They were how I primarily dealt with the huddle.

Rach close assault is a good way to deal with it as well if you have fast transports.


I'm not so sure I'd want to get hit by a missile with a "dog brain" AI.
