Fearless Frost Dragon vs. Necromancer

Recommended Posts

Thanks, I'm happy you like it!

Great scene. Do some pics in stereo--it's all the rage these days ::):

Yes, I saw CashWiley's stereo pictures and I really like that. However, I not longer own this diorama, I sold it many years ago.

Don't feel bad about that, I do it all the time!

There is so much great stuff here that you don't see unless you do a search, or someone necros a thread like this!

Thx, I search for things I like, like Undead, Reptile and so on, amazing stuff on this forum.

This is one of those gorgeous pieces, I really love it.

      Hi,

I finally managed to post some pictures of the Crypt from the Bones 3 graveyard expansion I painted.
I went with a simple paint scheme with a heavy dose of washes and over-brush + dry-brush to cover these large areas and keep them interesting.
For the inside, I decided to give the markings on the floor an eerie glow and had fun practicing with my airbrush on the tiles.
I really like how they molded the door hinge to allow it to swing open. It allows for some fun pics..

So here's an old Hackmaster figure that Jim Johnson sculpted quite a many years ago. I really like it a lot, gives me the feeling with the pick axe of somebody going into a cave for an adventure.  I kind of wonder about the shield, as it kind of reminds me of a submarine door, but ultimately it's a pretty cool part of the figure as well.

Ral Partha just re-released it with a bunch of other old Hackmaster figures as well!

May I present to you; Fewmaster Toede of the Dragon Lance Chronicles.

Sorry, the pictures didn't turn out that well.
But I'm quite happy with the paintjob.

All kinds of C&C is very welcome.

      Hi All!

I've just been rearranging my display shelves & have noticed that I actually have a few minis that I have never shown on these boards. They are the first ones that I painted a few years ago when I returned to the hobby after many, many years. I will show the others soon but to begin with, here's GW's Gandalf The White & Shadowfax.

The actual paint job is essentialy me getting back in the swing of things by copying the image on the miniatures' packaging, I made the base terrain(s) using air drying clay, gravel & sand & added some grass clumps to finish.

Back soon with something "big, ferocious & wingy" - thanks for looking!
