Sweet dreams of heads growing out of the ground.

A hill that is actually alive to capture innocent travellers.

Yeah..sweet dreams...::P:

...things might just be getting a tad creepier than before.

I am glad you like it creepy or not. Thanks for the reply, Glitter.

Thanks for the reply & all the likes; both are appreciated. I am happy you like the new stuff. Right after this reply I'll post some photos of the latest Mushrooms in the 'Hood, AND The Base.

I posted the photos I took of your Mushrooms in the Show Off. You already saw the pics, but you got some nice comments...seems we all love you:

I am happy you think so. The vote of confidence is appreciated. I sometimes have my doubts about my decisions; rightly so all too often.

Thanks for the reply, canuckotter.

Thanks, Glitter. I am glad you agree AND like the piece.

Imagination is one of those things I seem to have a lot of. I has also been the source of all sorts of trouble...trouble can be fun at times.

Finally caught up again after far too long! I love wandering through your thread, every page is such a delightful, slightly terrifying treat!

Not much was accomplished other than starting a few possible Spook bases:DSCN5126.thumb.JPG.89c951a109949ed21384fd967268e4b5.JPGDSCN5127.thumb.JPG.4dc0285864de6b50295bf47e2ac1f1c7.JPG

I saw the pictures before I read the text, so I was trying to figure out where the eyes were since they looked like big mushroom caps! Then I tried to imagine what a big mushroom base with a few smaller mushrooms on top would look like. ^_^

Huzzah!

...I wanted the domed bases to have a surrealistic look to them, but, now that you mention it, they do look like mushroom caps...the big one now does have eyes.

Thanks for the reply & ALL those "likes", OneBoot. I am delighted you enjoy my stuff. Just going through all the pages can take quite awhile; it shows a dedication that is quite a morale boost for me & humbling at the same time.

I am not sure whether The Spook on the Hill (there goes Sergio Mendes again) is done or not. There may be another miniature added as an antagonist to the Spook...or not.

Be that as it may, here is what the thingy looks like now:

DSCN5177.thumb.JPG.a189a7cc6ff611fb62c330562d85ba62.JPG

Seen here with Leo Sizecheck for comparison's sake:

Leo has made fleeing in terror an art form:

A better look at The Spook:

"Would you mind shutting the @#$! up!"

Blissfully unaware...as in if ignorance was bliss tis folly to be wise:

AND for some reason that I now can't remember I went looking for Stumpman. I was sure he was waiting for a new base.  HOWEVER, when I found him he was already based & happy about it.

Since I hadn't remembered he was based, I thought I might also have forgotten to post photos of him. ERGO:

Demonstrating his famous "flurry of heels & elbows" technique, you-know-who:

I am not sure (this is one of those days that senility seems more imminent that ever) when I made Stumpman or whether or not there was any Green Stuff involved, but he was made some time ago.

I got the idea from a Stump Monster that Grendel made in resin. It might still be available. Mine is cuter.

Stumpman looks like that kind of guy I would hang out with. And I guess noone would notice, as a couple of nightshifts make me look exactly the same.

Great work again.

...as a long time Graveyard Shift Guy, I also seem to gravitate toward the Stumpman kind of friend.

Thanks for the reply, Knochensack...glad you like the stuff!

Getting current on what you've been up to recently has been a very enjoyable way to spend a bit of time on a somewhat dreary Sunday morning.

Thanks for that!
