Updated Map:

 

Acid Tunnel

 

Mal

 

You step onto the slicker part of the ledge & at first you are able to keep your balance but in the end, you slip & fall into the acid! 

 

Tark

 

You are able to walk across the slippery section with no problems. You are at the landing.

 

Aearluinon

 

You barely make the walk across. You slip right as you get to the landing, but you fall forward onto the landing.

 

Sanishder 

 

As noted before, you are able to make the walk pretty easily.

 

Bregan

 

You start your walk, but with everyone walking across, the slimey ledge is too much & your legs give out, dumping you into the acid.

 

Ok, Mal & Bregan, the sludge in the trough is 2 feet deep. You suffer no damage from the fall, but you do suffer 1 pt of damage from the acid itself.  It is also difficult terrain as far as trudging through it to the end. The only way to get out it go to the landing of the next room. If you decide to move forward you'll suffer an additional 1 pt of damage, but you can make it there in 1 round.

The acid burns but you are able to trudge through it & make your way up onto the ledge. All that is left is Mal. (which I know Darcstaar is busy right now)

Mal will Trudge through, grumbling under his breath in Skald.

 

(2 points total of acid damage, is that what I’m reading?)

Correct. Initial contact & then moving through it.

 

You pull yourself up to the landing & are now with the rest of the group.

 

The door the party sees is a metal door with a pull ring for a handle. There is small barred window in the middle.

You do not spot any traps. Also there appears to be a passageway that goes eastward, beyond the door (looking through the opening in the door).

Mal

 

You pull on the ring, the door is stuck due to age & the conditions of the dungeon, but it does open without any incident. Beyond, is a 10 foot wide, short passage that goes south for 60 feet  before it turns to eastward for 200 feet before it ends in a iron door with a barred window at the top. Inside the room you see a plain, 10' square room with a windowless iron door on the opposite wall beyond. 

 

The passage is dark other then the light of your torch. There is nothing in the passageway.

That description seems to have stumped everyone, so in the interest of moving everything along I will ignore the first rule of Gygax... and just open the next door! 

 

Or maybe not if it is locked.

As you pull on the door it appears to be locked! The lock appears to be in terrible shape, the keyhole looks different then your standard lock thou but doesn't look any different then a standard lock when it comes to picking it open.

 

Everyone make a Intelligence check (even Trip' since technically he has been here from the beginning).
