The schedule is filling out nicely, and we're not done adding people yet!

Super-awesome!

Yeah!! I'm super-excited ^_^ I've learned so much since my first ReaperCon and can't wait to share my knowledge and passion with others :) It may be ambitious, but I'm most passionate about blending skin & fabrics and painting eyes, so that's what I'm teaching-- I can't wait!

You say that now, of course some of us remember that you showed up teaching unofficial classes at your very first ReaperCon. :poke:

I know *I* learned something from you that year.

@Mocha, you came so far, so fast, I have no doubt you'll be great.

Seeing all the Show Off pics here and on Facebook, and the progress of some of our members, I realized that I may be witnessing the birth of new masters (mistresses?) in our hobby. And I get to hang out and learn from them!

Additional Classes by David Diamondstone have been added to the schedule.

I should note, we now have 124 classes on the schedule. Last year we offered the most we had ever offered at 118, so we're past that now, and we're not done!

Further, last year classes were capped at 8 seats per class, and this year they're capped at 12, so not only is there greater variety (and thus greater chance of getting into what you wanted) last year there were 844 total possible tickets to be gotten, this year there are already 1,488, a 50% increase in available seats!

We really do want everyone to be able to get into something that they're excited about!

I'll need to really look these over. I allow myself to take 5 classes max so I really want to make them count and get into the more advanced painting techniques or beginning airbrush stuff. Things that'll help me grow and push myself more.

I finally looked through the list of classes and made up a pretend schedule. Conveniently, the classes that I want to take will result in a class at 10am and another at 4pm every day except Sunday, with just one at 12:30. This should hopefully give plenty of time for gaming, factory tour and hanging out/painting in between. ^_^

I would like to learn some sculpting so that I could do some conversions (hats, capes, etc.) and bits for bases.  Would any of the currently offered sculpting classes be appropriate for that kind of work?
