Well, they are at wave 8 now, according to the tracker.

Hopefully that means the wave 7 backers around here see their package next week.

does anybody know how much time usually passes from they finish packing any given shipment ( i.e. it turns up on the tracker) and the email notice goes out?

Okay, they're at 5 again ^^

But the good news is, they're at under 800 packages left, so if they repeat the 300 packages/day speed from Monday and Tuesday, they should get all orders out next week.

Ok, I got my shipping notice.  Everyone can relax now.

Incidentally, on the tracker this afternoon I noticed destinations in Australia and Japan.  I thought those were not supposed to be included in the tracker.

It haz arrived.

Everything in one shipment ( 4 orders) no missing parts !!!!

I agree the comms are definitely in need of improvement, as I said be careful with promises.

And keep people updated about the shipping and packing process.

After the notice it has shipped quickly, this pleases me.

At first I was worried when I saw the box.

I thought for sure that the two superbig dragons would be missing.

But they were in it.very good packing I tell you

As for the Bones themselves.

Great!!!

A few bended parts, but not many,

I dryfitted all, some parts are in need of greenstuff when assembled for real.

Most fits like a charm.

Detail.

Most human or smaller sized ones  have reasonable to good detail'.

Medium to Enormous have great detail.

I'm most happy with Ma'aldrakar, T'raukzul, Froghemoth, Dagon, Kyphrixis, Goremaw and I love the Savage Avatars and the Mythical Monsters!

Also PAINTS!!!

Probably least excited about the thugs, cyborg zombie and the kobolds, but I never went in for them anyway.

They might end up in a box of goodwill or as parts of a diorama / base.

I love the Mausoleum and the whole graveyard set.

Lycanthropes and Animals , YES!!!

All in all, I'm happy to have backed in the end.

Allthough Reaper really needs to improve the after sale comms.

As I have said, I'm not sure about B-IV yet.

Maybe @Beagle is right and I should consider the value alone and back.

I also really like to support Reaper and keep the hobby alive.

But please!!! DO take care of the aftersale comms.

If I back I will probably start cherrypicking this time.

Unless there are Dinos...then I want them all.

That looks suspiciously like my package @Xherman1964!  But where have you hidden the mythos expansion and stone circle?

Does the sphinx not have the most beautiful face? I was so impressed with how feminine and beautiful she is. I love the savage avatars and lycanthropes too!

My only disappointment with the graveyard set was that the roof on the mausoleum was not designed to come off to be able to see into the interior. Silly to make details on the inside that you can't really see. I wonder if Baba Yaga's hut will have a removable roof. But yes, I agree that the graveyard set is cool! I was honestly pleased with all of the figures I received.

::P:

Didn't get those.

Aside from Dagon and Masha'af I don't have many more, As a matter a fact, I gave Cthulhu to my son.

The sphinx is awesome, I really wanted her.

Kyra and Lavarath are a bit dissapointing to me, the Dragon is great, but Kyra is very small, it seems like a child.

I might sell that one together with some stuff I didn't care for from skullhaven expansion.

I don't need thugs and kobolds.

The Plants, The Naga, The Jungle Titan, the Armadillo man and the Iron Golem and Behir where what I really wanted from that one.

And some 9 weeks late, the package from Reaper finally arrived.  Appears the contents are complete, save for an extra Stoneskull expansion. Thanks for getting it shipped.

After the success of the first campaign for 16th century Knights I'm now expanding my 28mm Renaissance range with charging mounted Knights!
These new Knights will have couched lances or be using hand weapons on galloping horses.
Further I have reworked the figures from the first Knights campaign to make them easier to assemble, they now have sockets to attach the hands and heads. There are also some revised poses and new heads.
Sets one-three painted so you can get a feel for how these figures can look. Please note these sets are being revised and pictures of the new ones will be added as the campaign continues. These figures are in the popular 28mm scale and will fit well with figures such as Perry miniatures, they can be used for many periods and settings in the 16th century but also for fantasy collections.
Please note that the figures are unpainted and require assembly they are not toys for children. Also the figures shown still have minor refinements to be made before casting.
My figures have been highly researched and are packed with details, I have tried to give many of them an explosive sense of movement. Every mounted knight figure comes with a choice of two heads and two plumes the horses are all separate from the riders and all nessesary weapons are included. This means you can customise your figures to create a very unique collection.
if you back the campaign you will receive you figures at a 25% discount of normal website prices, which means that for the campaign a pack of two mounted Knights cost £15
Also if the main campaign is a succes as a stretch goal the first pikemen figures will be released...these figures will be in full forward motion with levelled pikes. They can be used for either Landsknechts or Swiss pike.

Kickstarter coming end of this month.

Some pics of minis and what not have popped up today from CMON expo. I dont want to repost from other news sites but if you search there are some nice pictures of the models. I really like the evil gnome/dwarf looking guys.

In the most distant reaches of the world, magic still exists, embodied by spirits of the land, of the sky, and of every natural thing. As the great powers of Europe stretch their colonial empires further and further, they will inevitably lay claim to a place where spirits still hold power - and when they do, the land itself will fight back alongside the islanders who live there.

Spirit Island is a cooperative, settler-destruction strategy game for 1 to 4 players designed by R. Eric Reuss and set in an alternate-history world around A.D. 1700. Players are different spirits of the land, each with their own unique elemental powers, forced to defend their island home from colonizing Invaders spreading blight and destruction. Work with your fellow spirits and the native islanders to increase your power and drive the invading colonists from your island in this strategic area-control game.

This game was playtested at some of my Fourth of July parties, and though I haven't had a chance to play it yet myself, the game comes highly recommended.

The interesting bit here is that you play neither the Invaders nor the Inhabitants of the island, but the spirits trying to alter the balance of power in defense of the Inhabitants themselves.
