Apparently there are artists who have considered similar before. A quick Google search revealed several renditions of an "Antlered Dragon"

Just putting this here as inspiration...

Looks more like a caribou version of a hippogryph to me.

Flatland creates weirdness. Like giraffes. What the heck. Cute animals but all stretched out!

Ugh... First I think I am done adding then I go back and look at stuff and I decide I need more.  I just can't make up my mind.

I saw some 160mm bases at my local game store and those things are HUGE!  I will probably add an order of those as they paint for display and they would be handy.  Not to mention they cost like half as much in the PM.

Wait, they're really a lot cheaper in the PM?  I'll have to keep that in mind...

I have a nice selection of big bases from the Base Boss KS, up to the 170x105mm ovals. They're very nice for dioramas or big baddies. Highly recommended at KS prices. One example,  I was struggling to base Mashaaf when I first got it. It's big, heavy and refused to lay flat. It needed to be glued down to something. The only thing I had on hand that could fit it was an old CD. I had to glue it down completely just to hold Mashaaf flat (it bends over so easily). That worked, but it didn't look very nice. A year later, turns out the 74063 130mm Round base can fit a CD on either side of the base with a little room to spare. It's another useful size to have on hand. At least for anybody who has ever used a CD to base something. ::P:

My list so far . . .

Core Set x 1

Argent x 1

Rauthuros x 1

Narglauth x 2

Dreadmere Expansion x 1

Lost Valley Expansion x 2

Snake Cultists x 2

Zombie Dragon x 1

Hill Giants x 2

Wraiths x 2

Fire Giant Huntsman x 1

Rocky x 1

Living Statue Spartan x 1

Living Statue Amazon x 1

Hill Giant Huntsman x 1

King of the Jungle x 1

King Cobra x 1

Frost Giant Raiders x 2

Thunderfoot Behemoth x 2

Blacktooth Terror x 2

Small World Heroes x 1

Gargoyles (x3) x 1

Braziers (x3) x 1

Skulls (x3) x 1

Orbs (x3) x 1

Mystic Orbs (x3) x 1

This is a bit more than half of what I'm thinking about for the final list, some of which will be duplicates of some of the items listed above. An example of that is the King of the Jungle and the King Cobra. My wife saw those pics and decided she wanted to paint them. Actually, a good number of the duplicates fall in the same category. The wife wants to paint them. Just over two months to go . . .

I snuck in another order:

Mossbeard, Treeman x1
Baba Yaga's Hut x1
Skeletal Dragon x1
Blacksting, Wyvern x1
Nyarlathotep x1
Argent x1

That brings me well beyond what I thought I would be able to afford, but not to the total that I would like to be able to afford.

Hopefully we get a decent warning before it closes.

Also, someone talk to me about the toppers. Do I need more than comes in the core set for my two Graveyard sets that I have to assemble?

      unboxing of the game

(now if you want tiles for a dungeon crawl this looks a good deal)

this is a reprint of the well regarded boardgame  Caustrophobia (https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/36932/claustrophobia) and it's first expansion with all new art assets and minis (unpainted)

Monolith has already manufactured the game so it will be limited to 10,000 copies *I;ve asked and there are spares to cope with loss/damage during delivery)and deliveries are scheduled for January so minimal risk so ideal is you want to KS but worry about getting stung (but on the other hand if you don't like KS as a shop probably not for you)

This one just went up. Seems like a smaller studio with some cool sculpts. The cost per figure seems reasonable, although shipping is a bit of a bummer.
