From what I gather, there is one. It’s called the “melt table”.

Why is it called a ”crunch plate”?

I'm guessing because they can be easily broken apart in various ways.

No, some other company.  I'll have to look when I get home.  It came with a business card with a 10% off code so I can figure out the name of the company.  It was a gift (the benefit of raising 3 nerd girls) from one of my daughters.

Amd they are from DarkSilver Forge.

Another day another book.  I think there are only three hardcovers left, and I'm not interested in the adventures, so this round of collecting is almost complete.  Next I might pick up some TSR books I never got back in the day, though this will require me to figure out what exactly I do have.

Got my second airbrush today. This time it's a Patriot of the "Xtreme" variety. Which basically means it's about 70% the same parts as the first one I received. It comes stock with the super fine detail conversion kit, has an ergonomic finger rest, a longer trigger, and an air control screw built into the airbrush itself. Sadly, I've been reading that the air control screw has been causing a lot of issues for people that have received them as part of the 54th birthday promo. I guess I'll figure things out soon enough.

I expect that by the end of next week I'll have my last one come in, and it's a Krome, which is an airbrush that was built from the ground up for detail work. And then I can finally go about testing all three to check for issues.

I splurged a little on a birthday present to myself.  Most of this was a special order through a FLGS:

The Warlord figure with the torn top is 14610, Icingstead: Barbarian Berserker.  I'm not sure what happened to it in the store but the mini itself looks intact.

And this is the right answer!

These can be used as a single large base, but you can easily cut them up to use for basing.

Yeah, I noticed. I've been playing with the Golden set a bit, and the results are ... yeah... Awesome.

At least on larger flats.

I'm going to try airbrushing with them next, then play with some 'liquid mask', and then...

Lady Mechanica, maybe.

Acquired from the Disney Store, a X-Wing Fighter pretty close to scale with my Imperial Assault Star Wars minis.

Shown with a rocket pack wearing Stormtrooper from said game.

Not a bad piece of terrain for $20 CDN.

^_^

I think I remember reading about people missing parts of their Wizkids campsite sets.

I bought the set recently and it arrived today. All the little plastic recesses on the front are filled, but the content doesn't line up with the list on the back. It's supposed to be 2 barrels but I have one, it's supposed to be 3 bedrolls, but I have two, etc.

Is that the packing error you guys reported earlier or is the list off?

It takes about 2 or 3 months to get the items. Once they send you a notice, then it's like priority mailing on their part. Just remember you need your a pic of the receipt & the box showing the fubar on their part.

Send that (email) to them your good to go. You don't send anything physical to them.

Thanks! I will get on that.

Today's acquisitions were good.

The Bluray came from Amazon, the Reaper stuff was direct ordered, and the rest was bought from my FLGS today (I needed the playmat). Mr. Mouse surprised me with the imperial assault minis by hiding my ds and putting them with it.

Castles and Crusaders looks to be an awesome system, I look forward to being a Castle Keeper!

It was on clearance at the FLGS for only $15!

Also preordered the Pathfinder 2.0 playtest deluxe hardcover and adventure through the FLGS.

Second Asset Drop - Heroines

AssetDrop.thumb.jpg.c95c8313a211f016894a1e146880d456.jpg

Lil Musa Kickstarter (not sure if there was a thread for this).  Lil Musa was a micro-comic and accompanying miniature.  The pug with the single (pugacorn?) is pretty sweet.
