The Little Mobster is UBERCOOL & BEAUTIFULLY  painted & based. He reminds me of the Gustapo Agent from Raiders of the Lost Ark...a short version. VERY WELL DONE!

A cyber halfling with a sniper ... whatever-that-is?

Brilliant!

Nice work on his linen suit and matching Panama hat.

So cool, both the mini and the paint work.  I can see why you are proud of him.  I would be too.

This is great! I love that his equipment is so much bigger than he is! His pants look.... uncomfortable? Like there is elastic pulling up at the crotch. I think that is part of the sculpt though, you painted him very well!

My my.. This is so good I fear I may not be able to proporly praise it.. The color of the suit is just incredible! Shading yellow is always a challenge for me.. Even more so than red tbh.. And the metallics on the gun are just right..

Two thumbs up!

Oh man that's an excellent paint job.  Both the color scheme and its "execution" is spot on.

Good paintin

Presenting another Ogre Gangster from the game Wolsung by Micro Art Studio.

Casting wasn't too good on this one, he's got pits, cracks and rough patches all over him, but I still think I did a decent job.
He's also my final Ogre Gangster (I've still got a few Halfling Gangsters to paint though), so here's a group-shot:-

As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly appreciated.

This past week I completed the last of the four hero figures from the Bones 3 Kickstarter Wild West Wizard of Oz set: the Tin Man, the Scarecrow, the Lion, and Dorothy & Toto. (Still have the Wicked Witch and the Flying Monkey to do)

This was a really fun set to do, and it had some interesting interpretations of the classic characters.   Also, I was lucky enough to get a chance to already use them as my gang in a post-apocalyptic game of "This is Not a Test".

This was painted as my gift to @Talae for the Summer Exchange 2017.  The criteria of interest was steampunk or water, with a demonstration of NMM.  The Automaton fit the NMM criteria well, and is mostly steampunk, so I ran with in.

The orange parts are supposed to be copper.   This is the first time I've tried a NMM copper and used a Scale75 NMM set.  Thoughts?

      Comments and Critiques welcome.

      Hi all,
Here are a few more Bones models I have painted over the last few weeks.  I'm still fairly new to painting bones (2nd and 3rd models I've painted, although have painted a handful from other manufacturers).  It's the first time I've used so much white on a mini, I learned that it is a very strong colour and only needs subtle shading to be effective- may have gone overboard on the cloak. Also, washing over white seemed to make it look dirty, which is not what I was going for... Overall I like the colour schemes I went with and am pretty happy with how they turned out.
      Thanks for looking!
