Here is another view of the Sword Wielding Forest Dragon:

Eventually I will have to counter-weight her so she can stand on her[?] own. The wings are very heavy.

@Everyone :: Please feel free to share pix of creations from the Conversion Classes in this thread.

I will **start:

As a beginning exercise Gene Bobby and Jason had everyone pick a body, add one thing, and pass it to the right. That was repeated three times. These were the result.

**Be warned I have moar pix...

This is what I imagine a party looks like if you play Pathfinder with ALL the optional books....

I could spend the entire con at that table.

Same here - by the end of the con, though, we'd probably have converting everything so much it ended up back in its original form, lol...

They'd probably find me dead on Sunday morning face-down with my forehead and both hands glued to the table...

Older editions of GAMMA WORLD... I once played a blue telepathic tree that rode around on a little motorized cart and shot laser beams from it's eyestalks. ::D:

Let's see what else is in the camera roll...

Those horns may once have been connected to a Treeman seen further up the thread. This model might be one of Jack's, but I am not sure. He was not attached to that base, merely balanced on it for the photo.

There were a number of attempts to take Sir Danel and make him whole. With all hands attached to the correct arms and so forth. That second one is my attempt.

In Bryan's Bones converting class translucent weapon sprues were available...

That ^ mighty Chaos Warrior on the left there wants all and sundry to know that he wields the fearsome +10 Vorpal Sword of the High King of the Halflings.

Ah... Lemme see... I think I can post a pic of laser dragon. Not a good one, he didn't want to balance.

Yes. There are guns on his head, and he has four wings. I don't know yet what I'ma do with that, but it'll be fun, whatever it is.

I've got another one, that I did, but I haven't taken a picture of him yet.

This batch was created by a fellow named Jack:

The wizard in the bottom right corner is worth a Zoom In.

I really do like the wizard.

Does anyone recognize the body in the middle?  I've tried searching the store, but have not found the right combination of terms.

If it's the one I think you mean...

The Wizard Jack built is mostly 77299's shield + 77054 Galladon. The staff is not stock. But I am not sure if it was a swap or simply trimmed.

I agree the guy with the brimmed hat has the body/torso of Satheras 77040.

I'm pretty sure I already know the answer, but it never hurts to get confirmation. . When stripping paint from a mini (in this case a Bones that I completely screwed up the paint job on), is it necessary to get every molecule of paint off? Or is it okay if there's some bits left in some of the crenalations and under bits?

      Thanks!

I painted up the skeletons I had from Bones 2 together with a Bone Fiend. The Skeletons were fun to do, the Bone Fiend a bit less as the model was quite undefined. For the skeletons, I took some inspiration from the game Morrowind for the colours, bases and shield designs.

Finished the bases for these two 'statues'. I picked a more sombre kind of theme, almost winter or fall, as I thought it looked better with these than a bright, summer theme.

Here's my take on this cute little guy. I tried to do more glazes on him than the way I normally paint, and his eyes are violet, which I think came out ok. Wishing I'd been able to get the huge mold line off his head but oh well. He's still adorbs.

I hadn't even realized when I began on these three that they were all from the "Castle Stoneskull" expansion from Bones III.  It was a great set for adding to the random encounters for an RPG.

These guys may represent some of the high-level dangers that one could encounter while dungeoneering in Castle Stoneskull!

The Behir.  I've been wanting one since a buddy pulled one from the first Huge set of D&D prepaints.  They even show up in Pathfinder's "Reign of Winter" and D&D 5E's "Storm King's Thunder", if only I had had this guy in time for those campaigns!

Brain-in-a-Jar.  While I was hoping this would be a human brain, it's still a really cool design.  I wonder why the legs are traditional bendy bones instead of the hard plastic that makes up the rest of the mini (minus the squishy brain), though.

The mighty Minotaur!  Bones has a lot of representations for Minotaurs now, almost as many as Orcs or Goblins.  There's the one from pre-Kickstarter, 2 adventurers in Bones II, and the whole set of Minitaurs coming in Bones IV!  Plus all the Beastmen if you want to count them, I've seen them used as medium Minotaur PCs enough times.

This guy is my favorite, though.  Must be the Gladiator armor.
