Fact 1:  I have enough minis

Fact 2:  I have a good number of high elf minis

Fact 3:  I have too many minis

Fact 4:  Thunderbolt Mountain closing up shop is already going to involve buying a large number of minis and elves.

So why is this image calling to me like a succubus in a dream?

Maybe I'll just check out how much some archers would be.  The LotR elves and the Tom Meyer elves don't really match 28mm stuff as far as scale goes.  I'm relatively happy with the spear elves I have.

That's the ticket.

...

Fact 5:  I've pledged and all this fact checking has cost me an early bird.

I have "alternate" facts for #1 and #3

Is that even possible?

Hello @NecroMancer.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight in the pledge manager. For one or two miniatures will be around 7 euros via Correos tracked

"The shipping fees will be collected after the Kickstarter, each time you ask us to send you a parcel. Shipping will be weight-based. But we can tell you as a rough estimate:

One or two characters, tracked could be around:

Spain: 4,50€
Europe Union: 6€
USA & Australia: 7€

Remember, these shipping cost are an estimations."

Added to the campaign ;)

We have a new 360 video of our Drako banner!

Last hours for this one.

Added a few Euros for some swords.

Pledge manager has been up for a bit but I'm just now getting to this.  Got my elves sorted but I can't decide whether to go in for a set of ruins as well.

It seems that adding the terrain gets the package weight high enough that LastSword doesn't have a firm estimate on the shipping and thus I can't finalize.  Hmmmmm.

      About
Welcome to The Land and the world of Spitfyre, our exciting game of aerial warfare in a fantasy world. Enter a world where Dwarves and Orcs fly giant creatures and arm them with bombs and machine guns to continue their millennia long struggles... Come fight in the skies of Spitfyre and see if you can reign supreme over The Land!
Spitfyre is a fun 'Historo-Fantasy' miniature aerial wargame in which 10mm scale miniatures are used to depict the everyday struggles of standard fantasy races such as Orcs and Dwarves fight out battles with 20th century weaponry.
We are keeping this Kickstarter very simple with three basic pledge levels. The key one is 'Pilot' where pledgers will receive a discounted copy of the core game and ALL stretch goals added in FREE of charge.
      THE TARGET - £1000
Spitfyre - the core game The target goal is to produce the core game which will include the rulebook, a flight of three 10mm scale resin Orc Spitfyre wyverns, a flight of four 10mm scale polyurethane resin Dwarf War-Eagles and seven flying bases.
      STRETCH GOAL I - £1500
If we reach Stretch Goal I, all Pilot backers will have one polyurethane resin 10mm scale Dwarf KampfGrier 87 vulture dive bomber and flying base added to their pledge for free and the rules will be extended to include dive bombing.
       More Stretch Goals to come...

      About
      Project Background:
With every project we embark on, we always set out to make top quality products that you just can't find elsewhere. We enjoy pushing the boundaries of everyday items and turn ordinary objects into extraordinary objects. We typically like to work with Copper & Silver, but in order to form these objects, we first have to make a forming die. In order to make it be able to form these metals, we have to use a very strong, special steel that will never bend or dis-form. To achieve this, we have to use a ultra strong metal alloy, Tool Steel.
      The Strongest Dice Ever Made!!!
We want to set out and push the boundaries a little and create a dice that you truly will never be able to destroy! A dice that will put all other to shame and will literally be able to "crush" the competition! Is it really necessary to create a dice that you would never be able to destroy, it's debatable. But one could then argue that any dice besides a white plastic injected dice is not necessary either! I for one find the dice I use while playing games helps emerge me into the game and even give me that added confidence. Imagine taking these dice to your game night with your friends and "rolling" them out! Knowing that your dice is no match for your opponents, makes it half the fun and boosts excitement for the game!
      Designs:
We currently have three designs to choose from, Traditional Pips, Dragon, and Skull designs. Each of these designs have The Copper Kingdom shield logo as the one side. You may choose from any of these three styles and if you're getting multiple dice, you may mix and match styles to make up your custom dice collection! Style choices will be collected on the survey.
Three Style of Choose From: Skulls, Pips & Dragons How The Dice Are Made:
In order to create these dice, a combination of precision machining as well as hands on labor is needed. I will be commissioning a local machine shop to create the tool steel cubes. Once I have the special tool steel cubes, I will be individually engraving each dice. Each side will be individually carved, having to be hand turned six times (one for each side). The process to carving all six sides of the dice will take almost an hour per dice due to the strength of the steel and the small size of the engraver in order to create the detail. Unlike other materials that can allow the images to be stamped or formed with the designs, this steel won't allow it. From this point each dice will need to go into a special oven in order to harden the high end tool steel to its full strength. They will get heated to 1750 degrees for an hour, followed by a series of controlled lower step down temps to make the metal fully treated and as hard as possible. The final step will be sand blasting and polishing the dice to the desired finish.
Hardening & Tempering Process for these Dice takes 24 hours! How Strong Are These Dice?
I will be having these dice made from a high quality Tool Steel. This is the same type of steel that the US Mint uses to stamp coins and is able to withstand hundreds of tons of pressure before it bends or breaks. The steel dice start out only a little stronger than most other steels, but after the designs are carved into the faces, they are forged into an oven at almost 1800 degrees! This process of heat treating and conditioning the special steel takes over 18 hours! Once this process is done however, the steel is incredibly strong. While it may not be be 100% indestructible, for all practical purposes it is. You can drop them, smash them, try to crush them in a high powered press, run over then with your car, hit them with a sledge hammer, and they will still hardly show a scratch!

It ain't the first Flash Gordon RPG. It ain't the first Rocketships and Rayguns RPG. In fact, it's not completely an RPG; you need the Savage Worlds rules to play. But durned if I'm not interested, and they're talking miniatures for sale as well. This is one I'd like to see do pretty well; I'm in...

KICKSTARTER: Flash Gordon for Savage Worlds!
