[SPLIT] CMoN orders

My final package just arrived (placed on 12/24). It took 11 days to reach Maryland from Georgia... and is marked 2-day priority... Wonder what happened? Oh well. I got it and now am complete!

 

Oh, and I guess I cant complain. I got 2 $75 starters and a $35 Specialist for wrath of Kings. $185.00 for $56.00 including shipping.

Oh well I've let fantastic offers fall through my fingers before. Seeing how things are handled I'm still okay with the refund, I doubt I would have gotten my Dinorider anyway.

 

Also it is customary to blame a certain Goblin for everything here...

I can't help it when a Dog wants to behave like a Wolf ::P:

It took over a week for the first response. I can’t remember the category. I think it was incorrect item or something to that effect. Sorry, it’s been about 2 weeks ago at this point so I can’t remember exactly what I chose.

I got my refund of about $70 out of a $185 order, so my CMON story is concluded.

Did either of you ask after the refunds? or did they just happen without an email?

I'm debating if i should contact them

I just got a refund of  $7.79..... on a completed order where nothing was missing. :blink:  Nothing in my order adds up to that amount and I certainly didn't ask for it.  Obviously poor record keeping and communication going on there. 

 

Hope the rest of you get your orders and claims sorted soon.

I never contacted CMON about the refunds.

They just happened.

It's basically a self promotion scheme for any business that pays "dues".

I didn't ask for a refund either, got an email stating the money was refunded to my credit card.

So I got my $27 refund for the missing figure last night and they contacted me this morning and are going to send me a fedex label for ninja lady and then when they get her they will send me the Child Thief I’ve wanted all along (if he’s in stock by the time they get the ninja lady back). 

 

It’s just been been a big mess and I’m hoping it’s all done and over soon and actually get the Child Thief figure.
