What a gorgeous piece of Old School dinosauria! It looks like a lot of fun. The setting is terrific too!

'The ancient one rides into battle. Although she is a peaceful 'little' thing, her mere sight fill the enemy with fear and awe..."

Great painting Glitterwolf, another one nailed for your wonderful world. Keep them coming.

Thank you!

More will surely come, I have many unpainted minis that will fit into my project.

Especially since I have added more factions..

Still not sure if that was a smart move..

I picked up a couple of those old RAFM kits at my FLGS a couple years ago for surprisingly cheap when I found them covered with dust looking lonely and forgotten on a high shelf, I am 90% sure this was one of them.  Also there was a cool dragon and a skeleton war wagon of some sort.  Did you have much trouble assembling this thing?

It looks awesome...  Great job!

Kang

Thanks!

Assembly was not too much hassle.

The only thing is you need to dryfit the legs and the metal side armor.

You need to put the legs in a certain position, else the armor might not fit right.

A minor thing that was easily done.

All in all a very pleasant kit to work with.

It is LEAD! So be careful with it.

Wash your hands and do not eat while working on it.

Maybe wear gloves, I didn't, but washed my hands a lot.

Also, being lead, means it is prone to damage.

My copy had almost no flash or mould lines.

She took primer and paint very well.

I have a Ral Partha Triceratops and an OOP Metal GW Stegadon waiting, but if I ever find another Hartha in good condition I will buy it again.

Maybe do something different with the howdah then.

The Skeleton War Wagon is something I would love to find too some day if the price is reasonable.

Some people on evilbay believe a vintage mini means that they're worth more than gold...<_<

I have a RAFM Necrodrake waiting too.

Which Dragon did you find?

I have a spare GW ceratopsianodon (almost all their dinos end with “-don”™️) and it lacks a howdah.

I could let some of my ersatz Chaos Dwarfs capture it and strap a cannon on it...

((...schemes...))

Wow, this is just all sorts of awesome, don't know how I missed this one originally!

Thx all!

It was fun and in the mean time I followed up with a GW Stegadon ( the old metal one) with Aztecs in a howdah.

The army grows.
