You have magnificent brush control, and I like the three colors that I am seeing very much.

I guess I am puzzled why you painted it so monochromatic ?

With all that surface I would go nuts with colors available to me.

The Purple/black checkers are a strong combo!

Jasonator, you know I am not sure. It felt good at the time. I was really trying to see if I could do large sections of nmm metals and those side planks seemed to work well. Then with the cold bases it seems that going monochromatic and not having anything pop would tie it together and make the knight have a cold feel.

Not sure how I missed this! I like him. I was getting ready to put him in my cart and came to see if anyone had painted him. I like the checkerboard pattern. Nice job!

I think it looks cool, I can hear the hooves crunching in the icy gravel and see the knights breath steaming out of his visor. You nailed the cold effect for me
