All these 3D printing projects.  I really need to start thinking about buying one for my house.  Maybe.

Finally bought a 3D printer, and this KS was part of my motivation. I have a print of Printable Scenery's frigate ship model, and it is really nice, especially considering what some places get for their resin kit ships. This KS has added 4 more historical vessels (a brig, a sloop, a fluyt, and a galleon), plus several more fantastical ones (a nice wreck, a bone version of the sloop, a bone version of the fluyt, and a dark elf-inspired carrack-style vessel). And that's just the ships...

It's coming down to the close this week (5-ish days left), and the all-in pledge looks like it will net you around 3 dozen "major" models (ships, buildings, ruins, tribal forts, etc) by the end, for about $3USD/model.

</sales pitch>

We're in the final days (~61 hours left, as of this post), and we've broken every previous Printable Scenery Kickstarter mark: funding, backers, etc. We've unlocked every single available stretch goal (24 of them), plus have over-funded to the point where we are waiting for PS to post more that are already unlocked. Matt @ PS has said that he has at least 6 more stretches for us, including an airship, an awesome kraken, and some more ruined versions of buildings.

He's also tossed in add-ons, so if you missed one of their previous KS projects, the add-ons are a great way to get caught up. The Winterdale Complete and Complete Rampage Dungeons add-ons are an amazing deal - both are USD$85. I calculated the retail cost of the models in the Winterdale one at $344.

      About
Cerberus Studios Logo Who are we?
Hello and welcome to our Kickstarter.
We are a small UK miniature design studio born out of a love for all things fantasy and the spark of an idea.  We wanted to create a world with a wealth of characters and storylines that immerse and captivate you... so for the last year we have been working on bringing the first of a large range of miniatures/characters to life.
We have been completely self funded to get to this point and will aim to move forward with the money raised to deliver our next selection of characters and beasts. It is our intention, with your help, to use any raised funds towards 3D printing, casting, packaging and the distribution of this range.
The profits will go towards the realisation of a strong character cast, each developing into their own unique part in our story and becoming miniatures in their own right.
If the kickstarter goes beyond our expectations we will expand, creating new miniatures, game designs, and employ more artists to help realise our world and bring it to you.
      Our World and Characters
As with any good story you need heroes and villains and that's exactly where we started.
All of these characters form the introductory model range to our story and miniature line up.
Character Cast From left to right:
The Veiled Emissary Lazarus The Kyrios The Slaver The Miniatures:
Each of our cast are conceptualised and developed, blending backgrounds and storylines to link our characters. Using a talented team of artists, the artwork and 3D renders are created to build the foundation of the miniature we present to you.
Each of our designs is prototyped using 3D print technology, allowing us to have highly detailed moulds for the resin miniatures that we hope you will enjoy.

      About
The Tang dynasty was considered the first golden age of the classical and now iconic Chinese gardens. Emperor Xuanzong built the magnificent imperial Garden of the Majestic Clear Lake as an homage of life itself.
Tang Garden is a Zen-like game that will take you to the first golden age of China, where players will progressively build a garden by creating the landscape, placing the scenery and projecting their vision through vertical panoramas. During the construction, noblemen will visit the garden to admire the surroundings and the way the natural elements coexist in the most breathtaking scenery humankind has ever laid their eyes upon.

      About
Over a year ago we started looking at beginning a High-Seas Adventure D&D campaign. However, we wanted to kick it up a notch (or five).

So, we began looking for a great set of 3d Dungeon tiles to help bring the adventures to life for our players. We wanted something that was customizable, beautiful to look at, and was playable terrain. We also didn't want to spend $100 per ship. We realized that customizable didn’t really exist- we had to *choose* if we wanted beauty, or a slim amount of customization. Not to mention that the costs were extreme per ship.. We couldn’t put together a fleet of different ships if we wanted to without breaking the bank.
Being an Indy designer- Chris decided to start working on something better, and finally- after seeing friends and family reactions to the initial prototype- ShipWorks began becoming a reality.
Shipworks is modular. What this means is that from the hull to the masts and everywhere in between- you have the freedom to design and print the sailing ship that you want. Not just another generic template, but your minds eye brought to life.
The ships seen table time ;-)
Details and customization is also inside.. ShipWorks is also fully usable terrain- to scale with miniatures common to some of the oldest and greatest table top roleplaying games. Your miniatures can traverse the rigging shrouds and masts, climb ladders and stairs, and explore above or even below decks.

Captain checking the rigging as a swab runs up to the wheel
Even our yard-arms are functional terrain- 25mm miniatures bases slide in with ease, and stay there- even when turned upside down!

Upside down can be right side up- depending on perspective.
With ShipWorks you get to choose:
      The length of your ship.
Adjust the width of the ship.
Your prows appearance, and even the figurehead that adorns it!
Add more (or less) masts and their length! No messy shaping of wood dowels (unless you’re into that). Add a crows nest or viewing platform.
A host of customizations to change your hull. From the number of weapons ports to fight off enemies, to creature comforts like windows for passenger cabins. Even sleek flat hull panels for showing off your more merchant elite!
How you want your sails, from classic square to sharp looking lateen triangles.  If you change your mind- change them on the fly!
Your stern-castle and fore-castle (or have neither Captain!)

There's only a few days left in this KS, but I just realized that there's no thread for it here, and it looks like a great game. There's nothing in it to paint, but I know that a lot of people here are role-players, so I'm sure more than a few are interested in Shadowrun.

(A 5-6 Player expansion and a Co-op Expansion are also available.)
