Chibi Capsule Magical Girls & Monsters

Recommended Posts

Well, Hubby and I are definitely getting some of these. We'll discuss the larger figures, but for now I think we're sticking with the little ones.

A little army army of those muffins would be amazing :ik_oops:

I need the fighting girlfriend - just because of my female Russians. Haha.

Chibi not-2b and not-9s - were they available already? A friend found them somewhere and printed them for me (or at least Chibi figures that look stunnigly similar). Now they are standing on my shelf waiting to be painted.

The STLS for some of the figures are available for sale if you want to print them yourself through the Chibi Capsule Patreon page.   The KickStarter is offering new sculpts not available and also the previous offered STLs from Chibi Capsule printed at a print quality better than Shapeways offers for 40% less than they charge.   So yes it is possible he paid to get the STLs from Chibi Capule and was able to print them for you.

Taiyaki Shibe unlocked! On our way to our first lowered cost rider! Painted Rabbitank and Flower Witch

We unlocked Stretch Goal #5 for the Taiyaki Shibe miniature!   You can add it now to your pledge for $25.  With that goal unlocked we are now on our way to unlocking having the Magical Rider Batter & Ram turned into a spincast resin set which will reduce the price of that figure set from $25 to $10.

We are already on the way to that goal ... currently only $1,605 away!

We sent out some early copies of the figures to be painted and wanted to share how they look so you can see them.   We'll start regularly sharing these in future updates.

Here is the fully painted Rabbitank and Flower Witch.   Thank you to Jason Turner and Nick Kelsch respectively for their work.

Stretch Goal #7 UNLOCKED!!! Final 24 hours

Okay so in an unexpected but happy surprise this morning we powered through Stretch Goal #7 in one day.   Thank you backers!

That means that Gertrude and Holycat will be metal mastered and production molded which will reduce the price of that figure to $10 from the $25.

Final day for pledges.   We look forward to seeing where the day brings us!

It's okay, we're used to ignoring @Beagle

Those chibis painted up really nice. I'm definitely going to need to Valkyrie.

      https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/cmon/arcadia-quest-riders?ref=c54ccn

Arcadia Quest: Riders features a brand-new campaign that tells the story of the Guilds attempting to push Malkhor back from the city. In this campaign, 3 alternative scenarios plug into the previously released Beyond the Grave and Pets expansions, bringing a fun mix of Mounts, Pets and Undead together. There's even a scenario that mixes Riders with the other 2 expansions!

Based on past experience, we will be charging shipping after the Kickstarter concludes based on the actual costs incurred to ship. We will collect this via our pledge manager after the campaign ends, using PayPal. This is so we can be fair to all our backers as shipping is rarely one size fits all, and also give you more stretch goodies and possibly a choice of carrier options.

We will ship your rewards at our cost to our international hubs. Depending on where in the world you are, we will either ship to you from our hub in the UK (EU backers), China (Asia Pacific backers), Canada (Canadian backers), Australia (Australia and New Zealand backers) or Atlanta (USA and the rest of the world). Following is a list of rough estimates for shipping a single Arcadia Quest: Riders pledge.
      • USA: $10-$15 to most states. $35 to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
      •CANADA: $15-$30 to most cities.
•LATIN AMERICA: $60 to most countries.
•ASIA: $10 to China and Hong Kong. $20-$25 to most other countries (we can’t predict an estimate cost to Malaysia).
•OCEANIA: $15-$30 to Australia. $20 to New Zealand.
      •AFRICA: $75 to most countries.
      •EUROPE: $15-$30 to most countries.
      • $35 to Norway, Switzerland, Finland, Estonia, and Latvia.
      • $35-$45 to Bosnia/Herzegowina, Croatia, and Iceland.
      • $60 to Israel, Liechtenstein, and Serbia.

Unfortunately, different import laws and customs have made it impossible for CMON to ship games to certain specific countries.

*WE DO NOT SHIP TO:* Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Afghanistan.

So, pledge based on shipping hub (shipping paid after campaign), one copy of riders only available for June, more available in pledge manager

      5 days only

no stretch goals (apparently), what you see is what you get, cost $65 + shipping

personally it looks expensive (especially as I don't like the way the mounts are done although I see why they've gone the way they have), but if you play a bunch of AQ it might be worth it..... maybe? If it doesn't work out I could see CMON not bothering with anything for retail when they reprint, on the other hand a discount from an online seller would look pretty good if you wanted to wait

      About this project
Sacred Sword is the world that our chibi miniature line belongs to. While the game and the world are not present in this project, it dictates our overall theme and feel. The Sacred Sword line will be a high fantasy world, with a distinctly classic RPG feel. Modeled heavily after your favorite classic JRPG games but with a lot of added character and flair. We hope to provide a compelling universe for both your favorite RPG engine or other games that you want to use these for.
The Sacred Sword miniature line is a Chibi 32mm miniature line. These are cast in spincast resin and unpainted.
We've teamed up with the great crew at Impact Miniatures to produce the best figures at an excellent price and to utilize their vast experience and improve our project as much as possible! I've had a look at a lot of their newest figures and the casting and such are tops! We'll be carefully working with them to ensure every figure is cut well and casts as cleanly as possible

Your funding provides AdventureCraft the needed capital to finish more concept art, sculpting and then casting of an entirely new range of miniatures. We're starting small, with just a few figures. As we reach more funding goals, we'll add new models from you to pick from. And step by step, your feedback and requests will be heard and implemented to create a colorful world. We've already got the first two sculpts finished and ready to go! The Useko Warrior and Forest Goblin are here to show off the quality of the sculpts you can look forward to when you back this project.
