Question, April 2: Would either of these have been good prank Questions for yesterday: “Do you agree with the Pope’s Decision to cancel Easter?” “Was the Easter Bunny justified in Excommunicating the Pope for banning April Fools Day?”

I like the second. It is more obviously satirical (to avoid the grumps of not-fun people). COMBO BREAKER!

Meh.  I probably wouldn't have bothered responding to either.

I don't believe either of these are good prank questions.  The first might have tripped people up if they're not familiar with the holiday, but the question runs the risk of being offensive or reinforcing negative sentiment.  The second is just silly.

I believe a prank question should really be mostly believable by the person hearing it, which tends to rule out most April Fools-related questions or antics.

I can't top @Crowley's answer so I'll just leave it at that.

Since we stayed in a lot aside from dinner in an Asian restaurant, no, not really.

We have a bunny visitor from a next door neighbor (there is a hole in the fence, that she comes through). So we get "Easter" decos all the time ::D:. Thou the bunny sometimes does strange things. She is a weird one...

Nope, although I didn't really go out much.

Was kinda funny seeing the Easter bunny be escorted to the bathroom at Ikea though.

Nope.  TBH I was barely cognizant that Easter was this past weekend.  Went out for dinner to a newish restaraunt downtown on Friday night and they didn't have anything "Easterish" up.  Went to Taco Bell for dinner on Saturday night becuase I didn't feel like cooking, and well...it was a Taco Bell.  Sunday I went to Lowe's for gardening stuff, and I don't normally pay much attention to the decor there, so if they did I didn't notice it.  That was the extent of my ventures outside my home for the whole weekend.

A guy working at Trader Joe's was wearing bunny ears and a bowtie in the vegetable section.

I'd completely forgotten it was Easter until I tried to go do some shopping late Sunday afternoon and the entire world was closed.

Target was closed. That one surprised me.

As I spent minimal time away from the house yesterday, I did not. Will be grocery shopping later, so I suppose it's still possible....

I can actually answer this one. No.

And my chickens already lay blue and green eggs, so ... meh.

I was at the 2018 Adepticon in Schaumburg, Illinois last month helping out at the Reaper Paint & Take tables.

I took pictures of the stupendous international Crystal Brush competition entries and other minis and terrain with an eye towards the interests of the people on this forum. Also some fun cosplay and miscellaneous interest.

I can't guarantee my photographs are great. I was using two cameras with very different capabilities and strengths and I am not a professional photographer. Some of the pictures use a very harsh flash because it allowed for super sharp enlargements of detail, something I thought painters here would be interested in.

I didn't know which entries would win the Crystal Brush competition, and as it turns out I missed the third-place winner. I have got pictures of the first and second place winners.

So to begin with, here is this year's first place entry, "Apocalypse", a diorama by Michal Pisarski.

And this is the second place winner, "The Name of the Wind", a diorama by Sergio Calvo. My pictures of this are not so good, I'm afraid.

Looks like it has rolled back around to me.

      The roolz:

      The obligatory rules posting:

      1. Every day, or so (unless I am out or ill or something) I will post a question.
1.5. If I fail to post a question, Inara will post a question of her own choice.
      2. In theory there is a 24 hour span to answer that question before the next question is posted.
2.5. (Rule 2 is the most frequently ignored rule.)
      3. Questions are going to be posted between 6AM and 8AM EST
3.5 (Rule 3 may be the 2nd most broken rule.)
      4. Everyone is encouraged to suggest future questions to be posted via PM to me.
      5. You do not have to answer every question to play...
      6. If a question is TMI or N/A simply wait for the next question.. ..or post that you decline to answer (clues regarding why are always fun).
      7. Weekend questions may take the form of two or three day challenges, often starting on Fridays.
