Alright you guys win. I went for all of these plus the Muddy Debris Tufts.

Now that's rolling a 7 on a d6!

P.S.

My wallet hates all of you. No hard feeling, though.

The hating will continue right up until you start using them.  Mine at from other companies but tufts are one of the best scenery ideas ever!  Trying to do that with static grass is painful and messy.  I hope these turn out well and I will see them at retail.

I really intended to get some grass tufts, or irregular tufts but I ended up getting all flowers.

I'm not certain, but you can snip off the flowers and still use the grass if you want.

DH wanted yellow flowers and mossy irregular, and I picked spring mix and muddy tufts.  With the dry grass from a different vendor, and summer static grass I think we have a pretty good mix of choices now.

I went for the Spring Mix, Warm mix, Black flowers, Purple flowers.

Can't say that I've ever seen black flowers from anyone else.

And purple because you can never have too much purple...

Got my email, but can't decide at the moment. I may have to wait to choose.

So far leaning towards one of the following:

  • Mossy Irregular Tufts
  • Spring Flower Mix
  • Cool Flower Mix
  • Warm Flower Mix

I only pledged for one, so this is going to be tough.

I'm going to add one or two more, but i need to wait until mid month. I'm glad the backer kit doesn't close until July.

If I'd have known there was a BackerKit one could add more to I would have found a way to get in at even just the basic pledge, doubly so with it being an early July close.  Oh well, means waiting for retail.  I'll live ^_^

I ended up with Burnt Debris tufts (for western models), Black Flowers (for my Jutes horde), Mossy tufts, and Warm Mix flowers.  Have a feeling that I'll need many more when these hit retail.

About my thoughts too, but I can wait until then with my single pack of flowers. If I have a figure that goes "ooooh these would be perfect!" I know the option is there.

In response to a question asked on the last update, they're currently looking at beginning fulfillment in August.  Couple months past the projected delivery date, but I think they got taken by surprise with how popular this ended up being.  They've also show pictures in the updates of the production versions of the flowers (which is all they've been making so far).

Aww snap. Mine may or may not be arriving in Oregon to my mom's place before I take my stuff from her garage to the great north. Eh, if so, no big deal. But I hope they get there before the 14th!!

Didn't see a post about this yet:
      https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/deadlyprintstudio/battlefx

BattleFX is a bundle comprising of several 3D designs of dynamic effects and destructible terrain for wargames. ready for you to print.
Every item of the bundle has been carefully designed and tested to be 3D printed. this kickstarter includes a STL pack of each pledge, ready to be printed using your own 3D printer - or alternatively, using online 3D printing services.
After working extensively on the movie FX sector, we realized we could apply that experience to our wargamme hobby - and taking things to the next level.
We have been working very hard and have already finished designing and testing every one of the items on our basic pledge, therefore guaranteeing that YOU will get it. However, we want to continue creating and offering you new, epic effects for your wargames - hence the advance stretchgoals!
/*Included in Kaboom Pledge and above*\
It has the widest range from trusters to muzzles flashes and smoky Fx!
S - Muzzles Flashes S - Trusters S - Smoky things!  We are getting more serius here big booms and more complex Fx:
M - Big weapongs, explosion and Sci-fi Fx M - Smoke Shell, lateral atack, Sci-fi barrier and barrels Fx  The Big Boys. It takes some time to print, but it also turns your war gaming table into a real battlefield.
L - Smoke grenade, Orbital atack L - Fire, water and ground explosions  The Kickstarter Star Product, the Epic Fx! Destructible, reassemblable scenography and cool lighting.

      About
"...Aulë made the dwarves strong to endure. Therefore they are stone-hard, stubborn, fast in friendship and in enmity, and they suffer toil and hunger and hurt of body more hardily than all other speaking peoples; and they live long, far beyond the span of Men, yet not forever."
      -J. R. R. Tolkien
Dwarves really are the best! While they're often a bit rough around the edges, they have the best accents, are insatiably loot-hungry, and will fight anything that moves—so we are going to make a bunch more of them!
We've assembled them into adventuring parties to make it easier for us to pack and ship. You can add an additional adventuring party to your base reward for $22. Additional individual dwarves can be added to your base reward for $5 each. For a slightly larger view of the minis, check them out on our blog. Here are the adventuring parties:
From Left to Right: Male Dwarven Brawler, Female Dwarven Bard, Male Dwarven Deathknight, Male Dwarven Druid, Female Dwarven Warrior
The League seeks out the ancient dwarven knowledge hidden deep within the lost caverns. They hope that, in time, civilized dwarves will once again inhabit those hallowed halls.
From Left to Right: Male Dwarven Rogue, Female Dwarven Sheildbreaker, Male Dwarven Battlerager, Male Dwarven Mage, Female Dwarven Archer
Hogg's Tavern is not the sort of place that anyone should visit . . . at least not anyone who values their life or health. Surprisingly, it has regulars. Its patrons are usually adventures past their prime or looking to make a name for themselves.
From Left to Right: Female Dwarven Mechanist, Male Dwarven Automaton, Male Dwarven Gunslinger, Female Dwarven Automage, Male Dwarven Investigator
Not everyone has embraced the "advances" made in the Steam Valley workshops. When the Savages descended on the valley, the Seigebreakers and their constructs helped turn the tide against the invading armies.
From Left to Right: Female Dwarven Vampire Hunter, Male Dwarven Undead Elite, Male Dwarven Necromancer, Female Dwarven Huntsman, Male Dwarven Warlord
The lands beyond Raven's Gate are shrouded in perpetual mists and haunted by the undead. Only the very brave or the very foolish venture there. Why not both?
From Left to Right: Female Dwarven Barbarian, Female Dwarven Berserker, Female Dwarven Wandsmith, Male Dwarven Fighter, Male Dwarven Barbarian
The Iron Hills are not an easy country to grow up in. There's bitter cold winters and orcish armies locked in perpetual combat. That's not even mentioning the greatwolves. No one ever mentions the greatwolves.
Every Stretch Goal we hit will add more dwarves (or dwarf-related miniature items/companions) to the Completionist Set. When we have enough of these for a new adventuring party, a new party will be formed. Here are our stretch goals:
At $7,500 the Female Dwarven Cleric will be unlocked and added to the Dwarves Vol. 2 Completionist Reward. She will also made available as a $5 add-on.
At $10,000 the Male Dwarven Buccaneer will be unlocked and added to the Dwaves Vol. 2 Completionist Reward. He will also be made available as a $5 add-on.
As we hit these stretch goals, more dwarves will be unleashed!
