Depending on how bad you feel about it, you could always try to correct that.

But to be honest, most people will not notice.

Think of the many dino toys and models out there, even companies like Schleich and Papo make mistakes.

I would see it as a learning moment.

Just sculpt this one and paint it !

So fix it.  It is a skill you need to develop anyway and one that is more daunting than it really is.  Use a scalpel/dremel and cut away the material above the leg bend exposing and freeing the wire and also make a channel into the body.   Bend the wire into the body into the channel, giving the shape you drew.  Cover it with putty, let it cure, and carry on.

Trust me, you'll regret it if you don't, every time you look at the model it will stare at you and those legs will be all you see.

Don't Fear the Scalpel!

(You all knew I was going to say that, right?)

You'll have to take @TaleSpinner's word that's more daunting, but I have to second his comment it's a skill you need to develop. Why? Because from everything I've seen you post here, you seriously have the raw talent to eventually sculpt for a mini company like Reaper.    And I want to be able to say some day that I own one of your first production miniatures, just like I own one of TS's Ardvarks.

So I'm going to keep encouraging you to develop those skills he says you need. ::D:

Do you need a Dremel?  I will trade you a Dremel.
