Anyone have 14632: Kargir Tundra Beast Rider?

Recommended Posts

I'm thinking about picking up 14632: Kargir Tundra Beast Rider for a conversion, but I'm curious how many and what parts it comes in? 14632_p_1_mj.jpg

Thanks!

As I recall it was three pieces, the beast, the rider, and the arms holding the weapon.

Disclaimer - it's been several years since I painted it so my memory may be off.

Do you recall if the riders legs are attached to the beast or the rider?

OK, my memory was off.  The first one of these I purchased was a miscast so I had taken a picture in case Reaper wanted to see it.  I found the picture and this is in fact just TWO pieces.  The rider is attached to the beast.

That's one hunk of metal...

It's all coming back to me now.  I did a WIP for that exchange and took a scale pic.  A nice chunk of metal indeed.

No wonder it's $21...Well, it'll take some effort to cut off the orc, but I can probably work with the legs. Thank you!

Right? Good gracious. Perfect for what I want it for, but yowza... you could cause some serious pain with it...

@Crowley

Have you seen this one?

It's a bare wild version of the Krung beast. It might be easier to use.

I hadn't. Goodness, it's even more expensive! What does it weigh?!?

Actually with a rider is useful, I was just hoping the saddle was molded on, but the orc removable. Also I like the head better. But thank you!

If you look at the feet and neck the two beasts are similar, but not the same.

The two Reaper beasties, I hadn't seen TheAuldGrump's reply.

The Krung Beast is an awesome monster, I wished they made that one in Bones.

Seconded. There were several of us campaigning for it during the Bones 4 KS.
