Sorry for the delay, it took me a while to watch the stream a second time (I'm generally paying more attention to chat than I am to the show) and type all of this out. I think I caught everything kickstarter relevant, I apologize if I missed anything. So as has already been posted, tonight on Reaper Live, Ed announced that US fulfillment has been paused temporarily while they correct deficiencies found by the fire marshal - blocked fire lanes, too many extension cords, etc. Ed said that they are HOPING to start back up by Monday, but PROBABLY Tuesday or Wednesday. They had originally planned on doing half days this week but had decided to do full days instead, so this is not as big of a delay as it seems, but they understand that any delay is not ideal. The UK has started their fulfillment, you can follow their instagram here: https://www.instagram.com/reaperrooms/ To sum up Ed's explanation of the shipping wave hopping that we have been seeing: the wave inconsistences occurred due to the missing items being filtered out, this occurred a couple of times as they got items or in the case where they made the decision to start shipping the retail packaged dragonfolk and rune wights, as they added items in, the computer had to remove filters and re-order things. On their end, they are not seeing the wave numbers on the orders, it is not listed on the ticket print outs nor is it listed on the tablets that they're using when they pull the orders. Nothing is being delayed or moved with ill intent, it has just been a logistical thing and they confirmed that this particular kickstarter has been a logistical nightmare - easily the most difficult of any of the kickstarters. If you have not been keeping up with the fulfillment streams on twitch, they have shipped just under 11,000 orders already. There are a huge number of packages moving. They are estimating that US fulfillment is around 80% complete at this point. They are aware that some core sets are missing the Sophie's Lucky Dice - the factory was meant to be packaging the dice inside of the core set box, but it was discovered that they were not in there so they were adding a bag of the dice to core set orders.....only to discover that they did not have enough to continue doing that. They made the call to continue shipping core sets without the dice. If you ordered the dice as an add-on, you should still receive them, they set the stock aside, it is only the core set that should be missing the dice. If you are one of the people who is missing Sophie's Lucky Dice from your core set, please email [email protected] and they will add you to the list and when they have them in they will be shipped to you (at no additional cost to you.) @Valthorn_Illian If you have any other problems with your order (missing items, missing parts, etc.) please complete an inventory of all of your items before you send your email and also if you can please wait until fulfillment is complete, that would be preferred as the help dept is handling a lot of immediate issues (wrong addresses and the like) and they will not be able to send your replacement items until fulfillment has concluded anyway. When you email help, please do not include any pictures or other attachments unless asked to do so as their spam filter is very aggressive about attachments. We are seeing a lot of delayed email notifications. A LOT OF DELAYED EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS. If your order has shipped but you have not received an email notification, try checking your Order History in the pledge manager (your original Bones 5 pledge manager account - not your 5.5 account if you've made a new one) - if you have shipping information it will be obvious at the top left corner and will include tracking information. They are aware that some people are reporting a warping issue with boats - their recommendation for this is to assemble it and set it on an even, flat surface and the weight of the boat should even the warping back out. If you have an issue that is not just the bottom warping, then send an email about it to [email protected] Again, please do not send pictures with the email until you are requested to do so, just explain the problem as clearly as you can. They will be adding extra cannons (both regular and glow in the dark varieties) for sale into the 5.5 pledge manager - they should be available in packs of 10 for $10 and they also expect the cannons to go to retail eventually. Reaper understands that people are frustrated, they are absolutely taking that feedback seriously, you are not going unheard. Also, our moderation team understands that people are frustrated so I want to be really clear about this - people are allowed to be frustrated and to express that frustration. We are not removing comments from any of the socials when people are expressing those frustrations with the exception of messages that are abusive. The rules still apply and we will not tolerate abusive messages toward Reaper staff, moderating staff or fellow customers. We understand that some people are additionally frustrated by the "negativity" that allowing frustrated comments to stand causes and while we understand that frustration, we ask that you not engage in arguments. People who are expressing their frustration with the fulfillment issues have valid reasons to do so and they have a right to voice those concerns. Arguments will be moderated. Name-calling and personal attacks will not be tolerated. Please treat each other with kindness.29 points

I started this to be the BBEG for Dragon's Demand. I really enjoyed painting it. This is my first full dragon miniature painted. I spent a lot of time on it, and I'm pleased with the outcome. I hope you like it. This was my first time using Birch seed pod debris as leaves, and I think they look good. Here is my BONES version of the Eye Beast. This is my project going model-by-model down the Bones I Kickstarter rewards images through all my models, and logging them as WIP. And bringing along any pewter versions I have for the ride. I'm sorry i didn't see your question on live last night. I do no know if the bust will be coming to retail, but I can say that they arn't in the 5.5 PM because they didnt sell to well during the initial KS. The retail question is so far out that I dont know what will be released and when at this point, But I will do my best to keep asking and have a list of things to see if we can compile it to say "Yes retail" or No Retail" ETC. At this juncture I don't think any higher up decisions have been made regarding that.13 points

Asandris Nightbloom Shout out to Wren who did the painting for Reaper and was the inspiration for this mini. Aside from different color choices, I didn't try to copy her black lining. I haven't really done that yet and I don't trust my ability to pull it off. I also have to learn to use thinner paint on the face. I have a tendency to create a texture on the model. The primer I use might also be a problem. My shading needs a punch up here and is a bit subtle. Lessons for the next mini. Overall I am happy though and feel the face has some real character to it.11 points

Started this guy back in 2010 and, after eleven years of on and off work (mostly off), I'm going to say he's finished. There are things I could do better now than when I started him, and certainly areas I could try to tweak more, but I'd rather save the energy/time for another figure. 54mm Games Workshop "Brother Artemis" Space Marine from the old "Inquisitor" game. Made a few minor tweaks (repositioned the sword) and left off a few bits 'cause I didn't like how they looked. Base was sanded down and then rebuilt with plastic card to look industrial. Nowadays I can just buy 40mm bases that are done this way. It was actually the first part thing that got painted which meant I had to be careful when I was painting the figure! Painted primarily with Reaper paints.11 points

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Also, there are talks internally about the waves ETC. Next project we will most likely not have waves, and will have something else. We will talk about this more in the future after KS and before the next project. Just wanted to let everyone know that we hear you and we are actively talking internally about ways to fix things and look at other problems that could occur to mitigate that before it happens for next time.11 points

One of the things that I thought was fun with Bones IV was seeing how many pounds everyone’s shipments weighed. When I got my notice today it said 24 pounds, and I thought that seemed rather small for what I ordered. Then I saw the next email with another 32 pounds for a total just over 56 pounds between the two packages. When I told my wife she said that my bones order weighed about as much as our seven-year-old! 😆 I was looking forward to two hopeful deliveries this month one came two weeks earlier than expected (My wife had our third child last week - mom and baby are both doing well)! My Bones V should be here next week. For what it’s worth for anyone trying to keep track of how things are moving, I was wave 1, two ships (1 reg 1 gitd), fairly large order - only a couple items I didn’t order and a few duplicates, first locked-in at order 259. Very excited that they are adding cannons to the 5.5 PM.11 points

Love the new logo!! Totally beats the borrowed "Blackhawks" logo. Portland Winterhawks jr hockey team Love the hidden stuff in the logo: Mt Hood on the bottom, the hidden "W" & "H" near the front, the subtle 2 feathers as a homage to the old logo. Also the 2 new colors that will part of the uniform now, Squall Grey & Celly Grey. Looking forward to getting a shirt or hat! I'll settle with a the above as a sticker for now.10 points

UPS seems to alternate between saying "check back at a later date for a delivery time" and "it's coming tomorrow!", but despite this, I still took a detour on a fb marketplace pickup and stopped by the only local store that consistently carries reaper miniatures... to buy more miniatures. I'm getting 24.50 pounds of Reaper miniatures, possibly as early as tomorrow, but I bought more today anyway. My excuse is that they were townsfolk only, which I solely lack in, and I was mostly there to get some inks for the translucent minis I'll have soon.10 points

Checked the email on a lark tonight...Twenty-some pounds of Bones should be here...soonTM. Much sooner than I had anticipated. No boats, no busts, but I absolutely had the Rune Wights. What Wave was I? You, uh, you don't want to know.10 points

Questions asked on Reaper Live are not guaranteed to be answered during the show; we average around 450 viewers on each show, they answer what they see but often things get missed. I try to bridge that gap if I know the answer to a question but there's a lot going on. Your questions are not being skipped intentionally, they just didn't see them and I don't have pictures so I couldn't answer it, just as I can't answer your question about the bust collection. However, I can provide you with links to a spreadsheet that a couple of users on the Discord compiled that may be helpful to you or someone else, these are for a Bones V Quick Glance Inventory. First is the MAC Numbers version made by Timestitcher: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/631166843381612544/832431825695014952/Bones_V_KS_Quick_Glance_Inventory.numbers And then Dumbgeon Master converted it to Excel: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/631166843381612544/832645189389778964/Bones_V_KS_Quick_Glance_Inventory.xls10 points

This is true. There are "problems" no matter how we do it. But I think we have a decent way of doing it in the future we hope. We are looking at it from many angles to see if it will have the least amount of problems ETC.8 points

Look up the story behind how much George Foreman makes from those grills. George Foreman is a smart, smart man. He was getting 45% of the profits, because the manufacturer assumed that the grill would be one and done.... 45%..... The Auld Grump8 points

For some context I was a late backer in the U.S., and ordered a few of the boxed sets (Daimyo, Greek Odyssey, Dark Depths, and Fan Favorites) and a handful of other options (Storm Giant, Elemental Scions, Dragonborn, Goroloth, Yokai, Constructs [from the Core Box], and henchwomen). Seems like they had the box all ready to go and placed the Dragonborn right on top once it came in. I know there's been a number of harsher reactions, and people certainly are free to have that. I think so long as Reaper continues to run Kickstarters that deliver everything promised, and so long as that promise is really good miniatures at a big discount, they're going to keep being successful regardless of whatever imperfections their processes have. Strong voices can in frustration or in earnestness try to tell Reaper what they have to do to be successful at their business, but I think they're doing their work well. Bones 6 will be proof either way. On initial look, my favorite miniatures is probably the chicken swarm. It's just so unique and fun, and so many interesting ways it could be thrown into a gaming situation. Least favorite (though still good) for me are the Greek pillars, but only because I wouldn't have minded a couple more Greek monsters or heroes instead. My own wish list (which is just a personal wish list, not what may make sense for Reaper) to do in future Kickstarters would be the following: -Fairytale-themed set for games than lean on some old fashioned Disney movies and/or nursery rhymes -Nobility/Courtly intrigue miniatures/set. Dashing nobles, princes and princesses, masquerade, musicians, etc. -Beasts/polymorph to fill in some of the more common animals PCs polymorph into, and maybe some other random fun beasts not yet in the Reaper catalog. -More sets themed on different places in the world. Like the Greek Odyssey and Daimyo for this, and hope to see other mythologies tackled. Regardless, overall very happy I joined in on Bones 5.8 points

I read once that A&W USA and A&W Canada are two very different entities. They have different menus and are owned by different corporations. They're all over here, but the best one is in Three Hills, because it's the only fast food joint in a half hour radius and it's always fresh.8 points

Kemet: Blood and Sand is a reworking/second version of the popular game Kemet. Set in Ancient Egypt, you gain powerful abilities and monsters by building pyramids of various colors. Onyx/Black was first introduced in an expansion to the original game, but it is now part of the core game of Kemet. Teleport to the Netherlands, go ethereal to enter the house and start secretly pillaging a selection of delicious foods. Except Brutus can see me in this state, so I provide him with plenty of pepperoni treats to keep him docile. That way, by the time I make my escape Glitterwolf will be too busy dealing with the gassy aftermath to be able to go after me. I assume that I haven't been invited to dinner, so I have to treat this as a heist scenario.7 points

I received my pledge yesterday. I had a very small order, and a pleasantly small box. It seems like the Dragonfolk and the Rune Wights were what delayed mine. I hope everyone else receives their shipments soon. Cheers. The Living Dead x1 Halloween Free-bees x1 Mounted Wraiths x1 Murkillor x1 Dragon Folk x1 Yokai x1 The Spiders of Emrith Kul x1 Rune Wights x1 There are a few items I regret not getting, but honestly I'm fine with picking them up in retail.7 points

Some things you might find interesting that happened on today's date, July 16th: 1661 – The first banknotes in Europe were issued by the Swedish bank Stockholms Banco. 1910 – John Robertson Duigan made the first flight of the Duigan pusher biplane, the first aircraft built in Australia. 1941 – Joe DiMaggio hit safely for the 56th consecutive game, a streak that still stands as a Major League Baseball record ("hit safely" = a base hit = hit the ball inbounds and run safely to at least first base).7 points

Well, it looks like I worried just a bit too soon. Got my tracking notification. No delivery date as of yet, but now I can watch it like a hawk and arrange to get a friend over here to get it in the house when it arrives. I did not think I could get more excited, but I am!7 points

Whew. I'm way too sweaty and worn out, but I got those three bookshelves finished. Framewise, anyway. Now just to get the pegs and shelves in, move all the books off the old shelves, settle the new shelves in, get them bolted to the wall, move more books, find a spot and move the old shelves, get the vinyl moved, and presto! My house will be... well, still a huge mess. But the gaming library will be ordered! D&D tonight, so probably will finish all that tomorrow. I'd totes play D&D with Big George. How do we make this happen? 🤔7 points

I wonder if the fire marshal was in Wave 1 with a Ghost Ship and was mad that his stuff wasn't sent out yet so dropped the hammer LOL That said, I somehow squeaked into getting my stuff with tracking before it was shut down! Scheduled to arrive next Tuesday. Hopefully it's not early, as we're starting to go back to the office for my current job on Monday, and we have a lot going on this weekend and I'd rather not have it just sitting around on our porch or in front of our garage. It does seem the doubled the weight on the packages, or if not the ship weighs FAR more than I was expecting LOL I'll just be excited to get them6 points

That kept me out of trouble by keeping my initial pledge down to cover just the core and a ship. The payday purchases were within my monthly hobby budget. By the time the pledge manager closed, I was at nearly $1k, including shipping. My wife's reaction is that she can't understand how I can handle paying for something I won't see for years - she's the type who places an online order, then goes and camps by the mailbox.6 points

I stopped drinking soda...15 years ago, I think? The only time I drink soda now is if it's got booze in it. Which leads us to the next category. I am a very discerning drinker; I'll drink anything you pay for and put in front of me. In honesty, I don't really drink all that much anymore. The last 6 pack of beer I bought lasted about 3 months, and that's only 'cause I used 2 of 'em to cook with. The last bottle of booze I bought was given away half full when we moved down here to Texas. The 25 bottles of mead I got a few days ago will last me a few years. I have no particular preference for a brand of fruit juice, if it tastes good that works for me.6 points

Gods above and below - ear infections were the banes of our existence, when Brigid was between one and three. Half of her problem was not wanting an audience - so she would quietly sneak off and use the potty. The Auld Grump6 points

So I asked this question TWICE on LIVE, and no response so I am asking here: Can we please get a page with all the bones 5 stuff showing pictures like we did on bones 4? It would help greatly to inventory our stuff, especially NONE of the power ups are on Kickstarter AND they are NOT in PM 5.5 Also, will Bust collection come to retail seeing as it is not in PM 5.5, which I assume was because it was not popular? @Reaper_Jonand @Reaper Ron can you help on this? Thanks.6 points

Presenting Lysette, a mage from the Bones USA line by Reaper. Started on this one back in January, but got stuck on her dress so she spent a while in the Cupboard Of Unfinished Things. Unfortunately, my camera doesn't like her sky blue hair and it's really blown the colours out, she looks a tad better in hand. As always, any comments or criticisms are warmly received.5 points

I dunno. It's Friday, and I'm still moderately concerned about what other Dutch friends have meant when they said "we'll do the tourist thing too". Is it like out here, where we take them to the giant tourist trap (West Edmonton Mall), a nice garden (Devonian Gardens), a rather nice conservatory (Muttart Conservatory), the space and science center, and if there's time, Royal Tyrell Museum (because DINOSAURS!).... Or is it more like Newfoundland and their screech + kiss the cod? If it's the "see the local sights tourists visit" I'll go with private jet for the first half of the flight, and then a Eurocopter AS355 because that one has a cute model name (Twin Squirrel). Yeah, I love my Bell 412's, doubly so since I grew up around them (okay, I technically grew up around Kiowas and Twin Hueys, as the CH146/Bell412 came into service when I was 13 years old), but there's something notable about how the AS355 sounds. I'd consider something more awesome like a Viper or Apache Longbow, but it's hard to bring hubby along as well, unless I'm the pilot, and I don't think their Air Force would let me fly one of their birds! (Besides, my dad would then have to growl at me out of habit, because I'd joined ~them~, as in the dirty buggers known as pilots that break everything...) But... We brought moose droppings and beaver tails!*** ***Please note, the first is a silly/gag sweet, and the second is a delicious pastry that is also sweet. I couldn't remember any actual candy bars we have here that are Canada exclusive.5 points

I've been wondering about that, and thinking about various alternatives. No matter what alternatives I can think of, it seems like a "damned if you do, damned if you don't" scenario, no matter what option you choose. For example, as Ed pointed out, B1 w/o Waves had thousands of people clamoring "Where's my stuff!" B5's sensible decision to forego wave order in order to start shipping asap while waiting on the container is having it's own problems. I can't think of any sorting option that would both be fair and doesn't create B5 type problems if something like a missing container or running out of an item happens again. Heck, at this point, you might as well just sort by state, and ship one state at a time in alphabetical order. At least then you would know there are only a couple dozen people in Wyoming you'd be pissing off.5 points

Regarding package weights for those with ships, I think there's a UPS email for one package for ships (12 lbs. per ship) with a tracking#, a UPS email for another package which contains "everything else" with a different tracking# and that package's weight; and then UPS is sending a third email confirmation which lists one of the earlier two tracking #s and the total weight of the two packages.5 points

I received my shipping notice yesterday about 6pm. My breakdown stats: Wave 1 /with one regular and one glow ship 2 boxes, one is 24 lbs and the other is 30.1lbs What got me in trouble was that the pledge manager was open for so long, that every payday, I would log is and place a smaller "add-on" order from my initial pledge and it all just added up 🙂 Pledge Manager stats: 14 separate orders Price: little over $1,200 Shipping: about $75 Delivery stat estimate: 1 very surprised and cranky wife when 54 pounds of plastic people and accessories arrives5 points

Wow, fire marshal....in my long and delay filled history of kickstarter, that's a first! Not sure what I'm going to live stream today while working.... Now I'm disappointed that my goodies didn't make it out, but that's strictly in the "increasing my hoard"/"like to obsess over tracking" kind of way.
