  4. What did you prime them with? I used Krylon previously and that never cured.
  5. I was sent several miniatures in exchange for painting one. There are several Reaper and Ral Partha. Check them out: http://wp.me/p6LU9R-1N
  6. Here is my most recent update for October: http://wp.me/p6LU9R-1x
  7. Those NMMs are great. I'll refrain from attempting any until I master TMM. lol
  8. The Bone Triad looks strange until you apply it.
  9. I thought maybe there but I wasn't really IP yet... lol
  10. I wasn't sure if Off Topic was either... I wasn't sure if there was a better area. And thanks for not being disappointed.

  12. Here is my goal: http://www.dethstruck.com/2015/10/01/spookytoberfest-2015/ Other people should join!
  13. A sonic cleaner is on my list of things to buy. And thanks for that tip!
  14. Thanks for the extra input you all. I haven't worked on any resin models yet so I'll keep that in mind for the future. The primer on the Prosecutor didn't fully come off either. It was also much harder to scrub due to thin plastic parts.
  15. I wrote a brief blog post about using Simple Green to strip miniatures. If you would like to see the results head over to: http://www.dethstruck.com/2015/09/29/stripping-with-simple-green/
  16. Thanks! I plan on stripping and repainting it. I finished removing the flash that wasn't removed by the store's mini prep. Ugh, maybe I'll have to open them on my PC and save them first. Or I could just have people rotate their displays...
  17. I just started my miniatures painting blog a few days. There still isn't a ton of content but I did post about my first miniature painting contest. If anyone feels so inclined drop by and give it a read: http://dethstruck.com Or if anyone wants to follow my page on Facebook: http://facebook/dethstruckminiatures
  18. And Reaper fixed me up right away by sending me a replacement model. Thanks for the awesome customer support!
  19. Thanks! Yeah, when I opened it I was sort of shocked. Another guy there was trying to tell me it was a supposed to be a primer. *shakes head*
  20. I entered a painting contest at my local gaming store this past weekend. They provided primed and ready miniatures, paints, and brushes. Most of the miniatures were from the Age of Sigmar boxed set. I chose a Prosecutor which is a large winged, flying character. The Reaper site insists on uploading the pictures sideways so if anyone would like to read my review and see my three hours of handiwork go check it out: http://www.dethstruck.com/2015/09/22/warhammer-age-of-sigmar-event-or-babys-first-painting-contest/ And if so inclined give my Facebook page in my signature a like or two.
  21. I've never known Michaels to carry Badger products. If they do in your area you are lucky.
