Yeah, I have to remember to do the same. Coffee is awesome, but trying to remember to drink equal amounts of water is key.

Hmm I have been drinking mostly coffee and not much water. I'll increase my water intake and monitor the changes. Thanks man! ((This is why it's good to have friends!))

Yeah, Coffee is actually a diuretic, so you do need to up your water intake, I bet you'll feel much better if you drink at least equal amounts of water with your coffee. You're welcome :)

I think all of those: right side neck lymph node slightly swollen, been working out a lot, I'm ALWAYS hungry, etc.

Try to stay calm, cool, maybe drink some juice to get your blood sugar up a bit?

I did notice when I drank a soda I felt better. I know I shouldn't drink a soda but the sugar intake effect was interesting.
