Reminder! RTB Pro Tips will not be on today through next Thursday as Anne is out of town going to get her new puppy 😍 She should return on Friday the 26th, but if anything changes I'll update here! 🖤

Y'all Anne isn't feeling well today so we're going to cancel RTB Pro Tips for today and hopefully she'll be feeling back to 100% tomorrow 🖤

If it's only one class missing then it's very likely that is was cancelled, but you can send an email to [email protected] and ask about it.

Clear browser cache and also make sure that you signed the waiver on your VIP ticket.

Log out of your growtix account and log back in again. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache and log out and back in again.

As @R2ED said, you need to follow the link in your email to link your kickstarter pledge to the pledge manager to see the kickstarter prices, as detailed in the latest update: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/reaperbones5/bones-6-tales-from-the-green-griffin/posts/3535700 Here is the most relevant information: "2. Find the email sent to you from [email protected] and click on the link in the email. The title will be: "Claim Your Pledge for Bones 6". The claim link will look something like this: https://b6.reapermini.com/claim/<some really long code here>. Following this link will apply your pledge from the Bones 6 Kickstarter to your Reaper Pledge Manager account even if you used a different email address at Kickstarter and the pledge manager. If you no longer have access to the email you used at Kickstarter.com when you pledged or haven’t received your claim email, please contact [email protected] For verification purposes please include both your KS Backer Name and KS Backer Number."

Those of you getting an unexpected negative number as your balance, please send an email to [email protected] with the totals like you posted here and also your general location. If you proceeded with the checkout, include your order number. Do not send any attachments unless he requests that you do so. This should be fixed now. If you're still having issues, send the email. This info should be coming as they get things printed out and finalize sizes of things.

I'm not sure that you meant this the way that I'm reading it and it seems the way that other people are reading it, so I want to clarify that this statement as I understand it is not correct. This pledge manager functions mostly the same as previous ones - once you close out (aka "lock in") a single order, at this time, that single order cannot be changed. That does not mean that any unused credit is lost. If you wish to make a new order, all you have to do is go back into the pledge manager and add more things to your cart and you can check out as many times as you like, just like in the previous pledge managers. If you look in the Order History after checking out, the top section is "All Rewards" and then when you scroll down beneath that it lists "Your Orders" where it will show you the individual orders you have made if you choose to make more than one. Not being able to remove items that you already checked out for (aka "locked in") is no different than previous pledge managers. Check out with the items that you're certain that you want, hold off on things that you're on the fence about for a possible later additional order. The difference here is that 1. you need to click the link in the email you receive (titled "Claim Your Pledge for Bones 6") in order to link your kickstarter account with the pledge manager account. If you skip this step, it will take you to the late backer version of the pledge manager with higher than kickstarter prices. 2. The shipping will be assessed and charged at a later date closer to fulfillment. There is a FAQ associated with the pledge manager which is here and may answer some other assorted questions: https://b6.reapermini.com/faq If you have not yet received your Bones 6 PM email, that is not a reason to worry yet - they have not yet sent out a kickstarter update at this time, as the pledge manager is rolling out slowly so that bugs can hopefully be caught now rather than later.
