Bryan said that lives and items are just for fun and don't mean anything. I missed that, here is I was hoping to trigger a bunch of speculation and it had already been done. Thank you.

Did anyone else notice that Ms. Bones seems to have lost a "life" in the arcade game? I wonder what, if anything, that indicates.

If nobody else has commented I believe it is a Formorian. While that exact model didn't show up in a search on the site this one did http://www.reapermini.com/OnlineStore/formorian/latest/02685and it has a similar hunched bad but not as deformed legs.- 2675 replies

That's great. I'm glad you shared this. I got mine yesterday as well.

And if they have it on hand in case of his needing to take the pi to the face and they don't get that much there is a delicious addition to the cake (unless... you know..)

I always enjoy Reaper's booth at GenCon but I must admit that seeing them at Pax East almost makes up for it. (almost)

I'm thinking about getting an airbrush to help with painting minis (armies and large things like dragons and cthulhu) but I don't know where to begin the process. The other application I would have for it would be painting terrain for sand tables. Any good links or suggestions for somebody looking to buy in would be great so I can get an idea of how much pressure I should need in a compressor, what nozzle sizes would be good to start with and what to look for in the actual airbrush handle.

I recently received a bit of mad money and thought I'd spend it on some MSPs. A while back I purchased a large set of the first 75 paints in the line. Now I'm looking to fill out the set but there are a lot of choices and at most I can only spring for the 54 additional paints. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I;m working on this mini because it seemed so crazy. I didn't get to start it before St. Patrick's day but with luck it will be done before the end of March so at least it will be semi-seasonal. I've put on a base-coat mostly my shadow layer. So he still needs highlights some cleanup and the owl needs to have more don with the eyes. Other pics can be found here: https://plus.google.com/u/0/110866513833228767059/posts/RLo4kfvf2Hg

That is fantastic work. The freehand and highlight on it are gorgeous.

I should also be heading over to Total Con. I'll be out there atleast on Friday. I'm not sure about any other days during the weekend. Will Reaper have a p'n't booth there the whole time?

I agree with [email protected] These are very good books. But they don't hold up to rereading as well as a smaller serries does. Part of that is becasue George, puts in a lot of plot foreshadowing and in many instances it either just indicates what is happenenig later this book, or it never happens because he has become disinterested with that specific chain of events. After rereading the first and second book to provide a primer for the third I noticed it while reading the third. Now I haven't gone back to any of them. George is an excellent writer and he has managed to get and keep me hooked but I don't know what kind of impact these books will ultimately have on the genre.

Well you can try to find one of the 12' Sandtroopers on Dewback. That fits in very well as the world destroyer. I reaper figure is only slightly larger than one of it's toes.

I've done some NMM blue, if you want to see how it turned out you can go either to here probably most useful image or here full site just ignore the face. I have since learned more but haven't done much painting.

Minis we would like to see (fantasy version)
mgmaranda replied to ladystorm's topic in Reaper General & Faq's
A Don Quixote-ish gnome, mounted on a ridding dog. The kind of gnome that not only tilts at wind mills but also fences taller than him and anything that detects as evil. As others have said about this gnome "He really is a competent fighter, when attacking something he can kill, just a bit overzealous." -
Minis we would like to see (fantasy version)
mgmaranda replied to ladystorm's topic in Reaper General & Faq's
Well since I can't ask for more kobolds (yet....) I must will for more heros as the pinacle of good (paladins like the praying Paladin and Allain the female Paladin) To counter balance these forces more wretches of the underworld demons and devils. Perhaps a Miltonic inspired line with Beelzebub, Belial, Mamon and Moloch. Charon has been done (and very well done), but perhaps death or a few more of those colorful figures. -
How do you organize your Music
mgmaranda replied to Digital [email protected]'s topic in Off-Topic Rampancy
I start by sorting it into genre. Rock, Folk, Metal....... (I know folk and metal don't mix well) I keep a tree structure. So I have one music folder, then I subdivide that into folders by genre, within the genre I organize my music by artist (if I have 3 or more albums by the artist) or general if not. I also have an mp3 naming convention of 'artist_name - song_name' This allows me (using winamp) to play all of my music in one big list, all of my music in on genre, or all of my music by one artist. There are a few exceptions to this rule. For example Genesis "The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway" is a CD I often listen to but prefer hearing it in the order it was recorded. For CDs like that I create a playlist and save that elsewhere so I can play those albums the way they were meant to be heard. Hope that is descriptive enough and helps you out. -
Kobald are awseom. I'd be lying if I said I don't want more but I will stop with constantly asking for them on the mini you would like to see thread. (for a while)/ Thanks

It only took me 6 posts on this thread alone. And untold posts in the apst but finally Reaper makes more Kobolds. WooHooooo
