  1. Grimlight: Tiny magnet-controlled lights for miniatures These would be great with Reapers clear miniatures.
  2. with more and more PVC models (like CMON's A Song of Ice & Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game that, as a fan of Game of Thrones, I just have to have)... this topic seems even more pertinent today I'd love for Reaper to produce a reasonably priced spray on primer especially for PVC / Bones ... Army Painter seems the best bet now, but it's $15 a can.
  3. just saw reference to a book called The ABCs of RPGs http://geekandsundry.com/the-abcs-of-rpgs-is-fun-for-the-whole-adventuring-family/ I guess it's a current kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/186293494/the-abcs-of-rpgs-books-and-coloring-for-adults-and
  4. awesome .... I had a bunch of goblins laying about and little girl started playing some such game with them ... not violent; like I'd have had them at war ... I think they were at picnic or circus or some such ... I guess their swords were for spreading peanut butter and jelly ... What are little boys made of? Snips and snails And puppy-dogs' tails That's what little boys are made of What are little girls made of? Sugar and spice And everything nice (or all things nice) That's what little girls are made of
  5. Looks like the beginning of a tale that starts, "our band of heroes find themselves..."
  6. Does anyone know when the boneyard will be back?
  7. the heavy highlighting works really well with the zombies
  8. I posted some comment here ... and it was liked (as a courtesy I'm guessing as my comment was nothing brilliant) ... the like did get me to click back to this piece. I really love Granny. Please post how you did the dress. It's awesome. I also like the way you did the face. I'm all about blending for realism, but I love the way you did this piece. I'm going to have to play with this technique. Again, awesome.
  9. that owl bear is awesome ... great eyes and beak ... so awesome it makes me hate that the seam wasn't green stuffed
  10. he brought smiles to millions of children's faces
  11. color temperature of lights makes a lot of difference ... it's amazing what photoshop can do
  12. what's not to like? makes me think that I should get an airbrush
  13. it's the holidays ... I'm amazed what a great job all involved do of moving packages from point A to point B ... just posting this for information - my dragon was labeled, shipped and arrived at NTX facility all on the 19th and ended up in Portland on the 25th ... considering the massive amount of mail and packages being moved, that's not bad USPS - "The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. Your item arrived at our USPS destination facility in PORTLAND, OR 97218 on December 25, 2015 at 7:28 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination." It's a nice and realistic note. I like knowing that the package isn't lost somewhere in the Congo. I'm in no hurry and am a firm believer that one should put things in the mail no later than the first week of December or expect delays. I suspect that the dragon will be delivered Monday. ... and it'll feel a bit like Christmas.
