  1. The Kickstarter is live! Here's another of the Grum, Brakka!
  2. Here's the finished sculpt for Gursk! (the Grum Shaman) Only a couple of hours to go until launch! =D
  3. Here are a few more angles of Skogga (Brute Boulder Tosser) and Gor (Brute Beater) Additionally, there's a facebook event for the first 24hrs of the campaign if anyone ones to join it [https://www.facebook.com/events/200490133963693/].
  4. Have you been able to get some games in of 2nd Edition yet, Jeneki? I'm hoping to put together a pre-Roman invasion army of Gauls and play it against some friends who have armies of a similar time period. Also wanting to do a couple of armies in 10mm in order to have a micro version of it for wait times at cons, etc. I've not played 1st or 2nd yet but I've heard good things and watched a couple of demo games for 2nd.
  5. Those table setups look great! I've been playing Frostgrave for years now but I've yet to give Ghost Archipelago a try - going to need a lot more palm tree terrain...
  6. I don't think Reaper need worry - as has been mentioned previously they have a solid fanbase and a good amount of pre-existing miniatures that people enjoy. Those wizkids primed figures aren't bad, though - I certainly wouldn't call them especially high quality but when compared to their prepaints they're nice.
  7. Indeed it is =D She's one of the Grum, a race of creature who the Dameeri believe are their ancestors who have basically reincarnated as various giant sentient sub-saharan animals. Lots more animals planned =D
  8. Here's a couple of the other miniatures available via the upcoming campaign (just over a week until launch). These three are Dameeri, Togger, Rogget, and Olgo. The three of these are 23-24mm to the top of their heads.
  9. Hello All, My miniatures company, Deraj Studios, is launching a kickstarter campaign to produce a new line of true-scale 32mm miniatures from a fantastical version of the Sub-Sahara on Tuesday, July 31st. The eventual purpose of these miniatures is for use in my in-development skirmish game, Portals: Worlds Collide. In the meantime, they're an excellent choice of miniatures for your favorite flavor of pen & paper roleplaying game, as well as in games of Frostgrave, Kings of War, Open Combat and a variety of other 'minis-agnostic' games in the 28mm-32mm scales. Here are some of the miniatures that are going to be featured in the campaign: Mudlings - 18 and 19mm to the top of their heads. Brute Boulder Tosser - 28mm to the top of his head Brute Beater - 34mm to the top of his head Slorn Packbeast & Tryl Merchant - 65mm to the top of Merchant's head, 55mm to the top of Slorn Packbeast's head. Grum Snatcher - This miniature will be 85mm to the top of his head. Grum Shaman - This miniature will be 85mm to the top of his head. Grum Berserker - this miniature will be 85mm to the top of his head. Grum Seer - This miniature will be 35mm to the top of his head. Grum Berserker & Shaman Set, WIP Sculpt. We are a growing tabletop games company producing a line of true 32mm fantasy figures inspired by various folklore around the world. Our previous campaign and the resulting miniatures from it were based on Slavic fantasy, I'm excited to explore my ideas for fantastical versions of different cultures with you all. I'll be updating this post as the launch date draws nearer with more of the miniatures and concept art featured in the campaign, as well as a few spotlights on the artists of Deraj Studios. Thank you all, c&c appreciated. - Jared Anderson of Deraj Studios I'I

  16. If you're prepared to wait for the rest of eternity, then Mick Leech and EFS studios have been working on Baba Yaga and her hut. Actually, Mike Leach's Baba Yaga and hut costs $200 + shipping last time I heard from him about it. I understand being wary of putting down cash before seeing the finished sculpt for the one that I've designed though. Hopefully I'll be able to show off some WIP photos in the near future for those not ready to pledge for it based on just the concept art, but unfortunately it's not likely that I will have anything ready to show before the kickstarter's end due to my sculptor's schedule.
  17. Hello, I'm actually planning to get the illustration done as a miniature! It will be a little while, but it's in the pipeline (along with a series of townsfolk).
  18. We've also got the add-ons available for $10 if you get them in pewter instead of resin =]
  19. Actually you get 4 miniatures for the $40 pledge (in high quality resin), x3 Militia Members, x1 Militia Veteran. You can also get the four miniatures for $34 if you get them at the pewter instead of the resin version of the Huntress pledge. - Anderson of Deraj Studios
  20. Hello all, We've relaunched our kickstarter campaign for our new range of figures inspired from Slavic mythology and folklore (such as Baba Yaga, Vlad the Impaler, etc.) It funded within the first 12 hours and we've already broken through the first stretch goal! Check out the campaign here! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1098010653/slavic-fantasy-miniatures I've posted some photos of the miniatures available on the kickstarter below. There are a lot more on the kickstarter. These would work great as characters and npcs, as well as for skirmish games (such as the game that they're featured in, Portals: Worlds Collide). Usurpers: Grenadiers: Militia: Baba Yaga and here Giant Rooster House: The majority of these are sculpted by Patrick Keith, who has done a lot of work with Reaper in the past as well as for PP and his own line, Bombshell Miniatures and Counterblast. Join in on the kickstarter today, grab some awesome minis and help us be able to make even more miniatures! https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1098010653/slavic-fantasy-miniatures Let me know what you think, comments and questions are welcomed. Sincerely, Anderson of Deraj Studios
