  1. Was finally able to unpack the box and pick out some things. I'll get some pics and then figure out how to re-stuff the box. Should be mailed out in the next couple of days. I apologize for the sluggishness of my responses, we have been slammed with major flooding yet again. 2nd time in 6 weeks. :P
  2. Received my AMAZING minis today! Perfect timing to, as I am off to an afternoon of gaming. Will get pics later this weekend and post them. So much epic....
  3. Shipping has been delayed until Monday or Tuesday. My truck is currently in the shop and was not ready today. :p
  4. lovely job! Amazing to think it was a first. Wish my early ones looked that good, heck I'd be happy if my current stuff was that scale.
  5. YAY! Her domain was Astral / Twilight / Void. You win..........umm....... A SMILEY!
  6. This is a PC (oracle, half-elf) from a campaign we finished last November. I altered (made less "poofy") her hair and changed out the top of her staff. Not happy at all with the face but this is the Bones version and it was slightly miscast/wonky. I was quite happy with the gradient on her robes which doesn't show that well here. Table Top quality, but I do take a bit longer on PC models. Phone pics suck, sorry.
  7. Table Top quality. Ready to eat players souls.... Not much else to say.
  8. Thank you! Faces have always been a weak point for me so I have really been focusing on them. I now do the face first so I'm not dreading doing it once the rest of the mini is done. (Also allows me to strip the model if I really mess it up) :)
  9. Thumbs up on the cloak and shield. The color choices are stunning.
  10. This is a model that I honestly wouldn't pick out to paint on my own. It's a bit too stylized for my taste but a friend asked me to paint it for them and it was rather fun. Table Top quality as usual, crappy photos because camera is still missing /sigh....... Oh one thing I learned, painting a bald head is NOT FUN. It was however a learning experience.
  11. North Houston here. Not enough to start but I can certainly help seed. Weeee whAt a great idea!
  12. Haha I save those lids too. They are great for bases and terrain. Nice job. Love the skin and the knot design!
  13. These are the bones version that comes in a nice translucent purple plastic. It's really a super easy effect. Literally 2 or 3 washes of purple ink followed by 1 or 2 washes of black ink. Then a gloss coat on the back side to help with the ick factor.
  14. I agree. The brown set is by far my favorite. Unfortunately it was the last one of the group and I tried brown because I was tired of painting grey. Lesson learned, try to add variety in the middle of a batch paint not on the last model. Haha.
  15. Not much of a paint job just graduating layers of purple and black ink. Added bases with 1 inch washers for stability since they tipped over fairly easy and they will be seeing a lot of table top play. As usual CC welcome. and darn I forgot to add tags.....is there anyway to add tags after the fact?
  16. A friend handed me a Reaper bat swam and asked me paint it. Of course that reminded me of the 3 Bat Swarms that were primed and waiting to be painted for use by the hubby in his Undead army. Might as well paint them all at once. So here we have 4 Reaper bones Bat Swarms. The 3 on square bases are the Undead proxies. Fast table top, lack luster phone photos. Enjoy! CC always welcome.
  17. Great job, love the color scheme!
