[Question about official Reapercon meals]

I am curious how flexible the meal times are for the VIP included meal tickets, given that there are several games offered at the same time as meal time. I.E. I have a game scheduled Saturday from 5 to 9 PM, and meal time is listed at 6:30 PM. 

 

I'm hoping we have some flexibility in meal times, like 6:30-7:30, so I can work with the GM on a more natural time for me to take a 10-15 minute break to scarf or grab some food. Can anyone confirm?

 

Also are there any general rules about bringing food back into the gaming areas/rooms? I don't want to be that guy bringing a full plate of food in front of a hungry party, but hey, a man has got to eat too!

I'm hoping the either the games I've signed up for or the meal times are somewhat flexible, because I too have the VIP ticket and lots of schedule conflicts around 6:30 PM.
