  1. Hi all, I finished painting my King of Hell this weekend. I unfortunately realised while painting him that I mixed up his wings with the Queen's, so she has one larger wing and he has one quite runty wing. Annoying, but I'm not too keen to repaint both! That mistake, along with the backwards hand on the Queen, proves that I should spend a bit more time on assembly. 🙂 I'm none too happy with his armor but I am quite pleased with the skin. They make a handsome couple either way! Thanks, and have a great day. 🙂
  2. I really like this, great work on the face. The hint of blue from the potion is a nice touch.
  3. She looks ready to give Thor a run for his money 🙂
  4. I've always thought that this guy looked a bit silly but I like your take! I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark dungeon.
  5. Luckily that is just drybrushed texture that is already there,I took the easy way out! I'm glad that the steel reads okay to you all. Thanks for the kind words! 😄
  6. Hi folks, I painted up my Queen of Hell yesterday for the RCL "Textures" pop-up. She's a gorgeous model, really fun to paint. I gave NMM another try and am happy with the gold but not so much with the steel. However, more experience is still good. 🙂 I realised when looking up her SKU that I attached the left hand incorrectly- so it goes! Now to paint the King of Hell to match one of these days... thanks for looking. 🙂
  7. This guy looks great, I love the blue in the flesh. Nice work!
  8. These lads look nice and fearsome! I like the bronze/copper color for the plates on the last guy. 🙂
  9. You're really ax-ing olotl me if you want me to laugh at that joke... 🙂
  10. Hi all, I wanted to share this Bones V axolotl adventurer that I painted for a RCL trio this month. He is my first attempt at NMM and while I think the breastplate could be a lot better, I'm quite pleased with how the sickle turned out. Not sure I'll ever use him in a game but boy is he cute! 🙂
  11. Looks great! I agree with those above, the claws are very realistic and convincing!
  12. Looks great! Gauth is known to be a bit of a pain to paint (and keep standing) but I like what you've done here. The fleshy inside of the wings is a nice contrast.
  13. This guy looks great, nice colour choices. The spots are a fine touch. 🙂
  14. These look really cool! Some nice terrain to boot. 🙂
  15. I've not yet painted either one, unfortunately. He's primed and sitting in my "to be painted" drawer, I think I'll do both together when the second arrives. 🙂
  16. Thanks! He was a happy accident, just started doing some textures and it came out looking intentional! 🙂
  17. Hi all, I wanted to share some of the things I've painted over the last few months for RCL. I've really enjoyed the league, it's been a really great excuse to paint some minis I've had laying around and the inspiration from other painters has been really fantastic. The below figures are some of my favorites I've done so far. Apologies in advance for the picture dump!
  18. I recently picked this one up (already have the first) and wow, what an amazing paint job for inspiration! These two look incredible, so horribly creepy. Well done!
  19. Amari looks great, nice cloak! The rest of the gang is some good work as well. 🙂
  20. That hound is a really cool model. Nice work!
  21. Really great, love the skin tones!
  22. Some really nice color transitions on this one, well done!
  23. Wow, looks great! Would not have expected such a size difference with reaper's efreeti, he looks so wimpy!
