You can always pay to have your stuff shipped back to you from the Reaper HQ during/after ReaperCon. Either take a tour to HQ or after the show come by Reaper HQ and you can ship from there. It is just the cost of shipping + $2 for shipping supplies. It is something we offer to our attendees.

We are working with GrowTix currently to fix this schedule issue. We are hoping the fix will be a one stop place to see your classes and your gaming schedule. They said will take a couple days to code.

You will need to get on the Tour bus to head to Reaper HQ to ship your stuff from Reaper. Yes, that is correct. The DCC (Denton Convention Center) has approved events to go on after the Con is over/ we have left the building. Tables will remain in the ballroom foyers for hotel/gaming guests.

Yes, shirts will be up on Zazzle this week.

Yes, we should have the volunteer sign up through GrowTix available soon. We are almost done finalizing it as well as finalizing our labor schedule from HQ for ReaperCon. We will notify everyone here on the forums as well as our Facebook page.

Hi Adam, Unfortunately we no longer can add rooms to our blocks. It was back on the 1st week of June when we ran out. Yes, you can still get a room at the Embassy Suites, but not at the ReaperCon rate. If you stay at the Embassy Suites, you also receive two free minis, $25.00 gift Certificate, add'l reaper bucks and prize tickets and the meet & greet meal ticket. Maybe this helps to quantify your stay at the Embassy Suites even at the higher rate??? We do have an over flow hotel across the street at the Fairfield Inn . Call the hotel direct to book the room 940-384-1700 ask for Reaper group rate. Hope this helps! Adrienne
