  1. That's very helpful! Thank you so much for the detailed response. I'll try to keep these things in mind for my next attempt.
  2. This is my third attempt at OSL. I think I'm getting better, but I'm still not 100% happy with it. I think I might've gone a little too contrasty. Any tips?
  3. Thank you very much! I'm not 100% sure I remember, but I think I used Citadel Cadian Fleshtone mixed with a little Vallejo Sunset Red. And thank you to everyone else for their kind comments, as well!
  4. I had a lot of fun with the bright colors on this one. Comments and critique are welcome!
  5. So pretty! And that OSL is great. My brain doesn't want to accept that that candle isn't a real candle.
  6. Very nice! I love the details and the weathering. Nice choice of colors, too.
  7. They look great! Nice color choices
  8. Here are a few random Darksword minis I've painted over the last few months. I tried to stick to an earthy color palette for most of them. Male Blind Warrior, SKU: DSM7417, and Young Hedge Knight - Dual Wield, SKU: DSM5026 Male Range with Wineskin, SKU: DSM7403 Male Elven Ranger with Bow, SKU: DSM7451. This one is a gift for my brother. He wanted an "Aragorn-esque" ranger mini. Male Warrior with Battle Axe, SKU: DSM7427, and Female Elven Archer, SKU: DSM1196
  9. Ah, yes, that makes sense. Thanks!
  10. This is my first attempt at object source lighting. I'm still pretty new to this hobby, so any advice is appreciated!
