I'm planning on using this for my Stone Spirit: http://www.reapermini.com/FigureFinder#detail/03168 it looks very much like a female dwarf to me. I had started an all-female army before the sublist came out, and it fits perfectly. Now if life can slow down a bit I can continue working on it.

Can someone point me towards the mountain sublist? It sounds like something I was trying to do when I started collecting the dwarves awhile back. I was starting an all-female army, but got sidetracked by life. During the time away, it sounds like somebody created just such a list. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! -Daniel

Thanks, JD! I'm fairly new to Warlord. I've been collecting some of the minis for roleplaying purposes, then when my friends came back from ReaperCon saying they wanted to try Warlord, I volunteered to be the guinea pig. 8) I figured I would do Dwarves as I thought I had the most of those, as opposed to any other faction. Turns out I had mostly named minis, as I'm pretty particular about my dwarf miniatures. So I'm starting to read the rulebook (1st edition I believe) and all the errata, whilst trying not to put too much output to make my army. Currently I have: 15 Shieldmaidens Margara Freya Durgam Ivar King Thorgram Griffon Snorri Thorvald Kara Dunder Flintnose I'm going to use some of the Shieldmaidens as shieldmaidens, and the others as warriors. Thought maybe about doing a primarily female force. An idea I had for a Stone Spirit: Using that new female Fire Giant, and painting it to look like stone, like a statue. Kinda silly, but I kinda like it. Thinking about doing a 1000 pt force to start off learning the system with. Thoughts? Suggestions? Good-natured ribbing?

What is being used for Stone Spirits or Earth Elementals? What's your favorite choice?

Hey, I'm new to WL and have started collecting some Dwarves for an army. A little overwhelmed trying to figure out stuff already and there's been mention here of "new" models? Where can I see these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
