    How about caramalizing them?

Also..there's a difference in red onions, yellow onions and white onions.

Maybe one of them is easier to digest for you?

I cannot eat onions because they are full of fructose, I became fructose intolerant about 5 years ago.  I get my onion kick from the green parts of green onions and leeks now.

I also cannot eat apples, pears, or any other fruit that has more fructose than glucose.

As long as I stick to the Low FODMAP diet developed by Monash University in Australia, I do fine.

  2. Hubby and I went over to some friends' house tonight.  We had all been vaccinated.  Was really weird interacting with people face to face again after 15 months of isolation.  We ate burgers, talked about mmrpgs we had all played, then watched Army of Zombies.  Was a great time!

We recently watched The Big Short and The Hunt for the Wilderpeople.  The first one is exactly as infuriating as you imagine it being, and the second one was both sad and sweetly endearing.  I don't know what it is about NZ filmmaking, but I don't think I've ever disliked a movie I've seen that's come out of that country. ^_^

I feel the same about movies from South Korea.
