Yes, the enemy models(E) recieve a support bonus for being 3 models in btb with the GoodBoss(B). Warlord is about keeping things simple. If you have 3 models in B2B with an enemy model, those 3 models gain a Support bonus when attacking said enemy model. Doesn't matter what else is going on for those 3 models.

I would count corner-to-corner-to-corner as valid for Reach. Corner-to-corner is valid B2B, and as long as the Reach model is opposite the enemy model, it all works.

Absolutely! Round here, it is not uncommon to pre-buff your main dude with extra attacks, bless, mighty, etc before teleporting him into your opponent's end zone later in the game.

-Warlord 2nd Edition, p. 47. I think because it says "Fight" action as opposed to "Combat" that it would only work for Melee, but I could be wrong about that. 100% correct. The model gains Mighty only for a Fight Action, which means it doesn't work for Shoot Actions.

Correct As to the hammer discussion, I have seen a TON of things used in tournaments that were not used the way I originally designed them to be used. As long as they don't break the written rules, I am happy to see all the creative things people can do! I have seen awesome combos pulled off with Barrage on Xeldorian, or double Mirror Image on a Barraged Caerwyn, or the multitude of nastiness from Cross Death's River. Very enjoyable to see people get so into the game that they find creative ways to use the rules I never anticipated!

The softcover 2nd Edition rulebook that came out last year is indeed out of stock at the moment. The Savage North is available though! Exact same rules, just 8 different factions. The first 10 factions' data cards are available on reaper games.com though

14 players took part in the 2010 GenCon Warlord Tournament. The most incredible thing about that is there were 13 different factions! Only the reven had more than 1 person playing them, and those 2 armies were quite different (1 bull orc based, 1 goblin based). 1st Place with 50 points: Adam Waters w/ Darkreach 2nd Place with 42 points: Jason Dees w/ Elves 3rd Place with 39 points: Jason Klotz w/ Reven (goblin based) 4th Place with 36 points: David Ewen w/ Overlords 5th Place with 35 points: Danny w/ Kargir It was awesome to see 5 of the new Savage North factions in action! The Best Painted Army award was split between two players. Mark Theurer w/ Darkspawn and Scott Vaughn w/ Reptus!
