What about the local Sonic that comes out for ReaperCon?

Are retail orders being pulled now or are we still being pushed to the end of the line for them to be blister packed? How much longer will the blistering (heh) take? I actually don't need all my minis blistered, since some will be used for running a Paint And Take... Because I'm still an anxious fanboy (and a customer who already has theirs brought them to the store last weekend).

Good thing Sonic is so close... Actually, they should set up on site like they do at ReaperCon!

On another note, after going through the emails I realized I have other KS that I haven't received yet that I've let slide (none of my other pledges were anywhere near as big as my Bones pledge). I'm pretty sure at least 2 of them have been released and another one I didn't get the complete order...

Considering making the trek to Indianapolis again this year, since the local "Italian Festival" takes place the same weekend. It kills my sales (they take up all the parking spaces and the people that do come are there for food and trinkets), so why not have some fun? Will work for food/hotel/beers...

I'm honestly surprised creators aren't doing this already. I mean, it shouldn't be expected for KS projects to ship late. With this many case studies, surely the newer projects should have figured that out by now? To be fair, KS didn't really *explode* for tabletop gaming until last summer, when Reaper held their KS... People complained to me back when I used to do FREE Paint and Takes. Yes, you're getting a free mini and access to a complete line of paints, but it sucks because there are no Dragons or Giants to choose from... Well, you did once tell Sandra Garrity that I was harmless...

Back in the day we used to laugh and kid about Reaper SOON. Now it's serious business... And I say that in all jest, while wating for my $1,000+ pledge.

Aww man, now I will miss having my own CW29 (since my distributor sent me more 28s when I ordered CWs from them). But it will be nice to give my customers a current CW...

I see I'm not the only one having problems posting myself to the map... There used to be at least 2. Not sure if they still post here though, since I've been MIA quite a bit myself. People dropping off the map doesn't help either...

Grr... Just got a bunch of Casketworks for the store from one of my distributors. They are CW28, not CW29... But here's hoping for an updated one with the Bones and stuff!

Congrats on the 10 years. I managed to sneak in under the wire for 2002, on December 31st! Pretty sure I lurked a little before pulling the trigger as well. I've been MIA for the last 3 and a half years "living the dream" of running my own game store, but I also started peeking back in I since the KS...

Thanks for the laugh... As for GW customer service, I've heard nothing but good things about it (many of my customers have had bad experiences with finecast models). If you bought the part from your FLGS, they should be able to call up GW and advocate for you if you feel they aren't giving you what you deserve (I know I would). I'm only a Stockist level store, but I've never seen anything that says I can't sell their metal models (Stockist stores are only obligated to carry plastic boxed sets however).

Congrats to everyone involved! I was sitting in the store with one of my customers doing dueling refreshes, him on his iPad, me on my laptop. I even tried to up my pledge a couple of minutes out (which I wasn't going to do at work), but I couldn't get in to KS. My heart dropped when I finally got in with less than 30 seconds left and it looked like we were less than $20 short (I was going to up my order by $40). Then KS crashed again and I thought we missed it. But then I saw the fb post that we made the Cthulhu and was relieved... Now, who do I have to bribe to get my minis before March?

Actually, how are the pdfs going to work for the Undertaker level? Is there a way we can sell them or will they be marked with the stores name?

Most of mine are going on the shelf at Dragon Snack Games to be sold, thank you Undertaker level. I did increase my pledge to get a Vampire level (as well as other add-ons) for myself though... My first thought as well. At least they won't be as painful as the metal ones... What? This is probably a fate my personal ones will be subjected too, sadly enough... If the rumored WNM/Cthulhu mashup ever takes place in my store, I will be painting up the Jabberwock for it... This can't be the little one who had such a fascination with my paints in an egg container. He CAN'T be that old yet...
