Hi Reaper Peeps, I would like to create a hoard of goblins for a project, but I would like to make it so there no exact duplicate goblins.... So I would like to modify each of the goblins slightly and I was wondering if anyone had any experience modifying bones USA models. Does the hot water trick work on them? I was thinking of using boiling water and ice water to change the pose a bit from most of them (Marineal's idea. She is really a genius). If anyone has experience or ideas I would love to hear them. I don't want to reinvent the wheel if I don't have too.

Local Game Store Challenge: I added this one this year specifically because of COVID and the economic hit our local hobby stores have taken. This is a win win for everyone — we get to help out the local hobby stores who will help support the hobby and make it grow for all of us. I think this one is super important. Charity Challenge: It is back by popular demand— well it was popular with me anyway — the Charity Challenge. This one is simple. Paint something – sell it – donate the money to charity. Or does everyone one else want to download all the handout, bind them together in a book, and place it in their reference collection? Thanks to everyone who make this even so great! The peeps behind the scenes, the ones in front, the instructors, the ConGoers, and the people who kept the factory running. And anyone else that I forgot or am not aware of because they kept everything working and running smoothly.

@Marineal for the record I was just joking but then she did it. And hers were so cool that I had to copy her so I did mine like Goblin Juggalos. I still need to finish the archers but I got the boar rider done....

Hey y'all, Is everyone ready for WWMD this year? I've got the miniatures for my DnD party and I am trying to decide if I want to start the mod before the day or just wait.

This is so cool I'm glad people are interested. Anyone have any special plans or goals in mind? I think this year I will try to paint a miniature to represent the character in my DnD group. Its a big group so there are 8 characters. Whats that about 3 hours be fig? I think I can do that.... Oh and I couldn't leave my favorite GM out in the cold so I had him pick one to paint for him. Which brings the total to 9 so each one is just under 3 hours. I'm hoping to have them all cleaned, prepped, and primed before the start. Of course, I'm thinking of converting some of them but I haven't decided if that will happen before I start....

You can't see it the picture but he is sitting on a lazy Susan and she was not happy. Absolutely yay! You get to paint all day. How cool is that?!? Another fool just like myself. Glad to know I'm not the only crazy one.

@pineapple -- sounds awesome to me. WWMD is about inclusion and fun. speaking of fun if got my own little WWMD saga happening here. I am trying to decide how I can do my usual time lapse of my 24hour run with out moving the Big Guy. I think it will be cool to see it evolving into the finished piece..

I had this happen once when I was using the wrong needle with the wrong cap. are there bubbles coming back into the paint cup?

Old glue was my first guess too -- are you sure it wasn't sitting on the shelf for a long time before you bought it? I've gotten old glue that way once....
