  1. Awww...thanks! Keep trying and one day, you too can have some creepy guy hanging out in the rosebushes outside your house.
  2. The "Sir Kile" moniker is only applicable in sushi eateries. That is awesome! I am already working through the logistics myself. And what is this animosity towards myself? I just wanna be loved in a creepy fashion, is that so wrong?
  3. Don't really wear t-shirts when hiding behind curtains and about to pounce Bel perhaps... In public you always had a t-shirt on... You weren't supposed to peek. And my shirts were epic.
  4. Did you design today's Designbyhumans.com shirt? I think you did. Haha! That is freakin' awesome! It's like someone took a picture in the hotel room. I'd like to pick it up but as we all know, I don't really wear t-shirts...
  5. I had an absolute blast! Thanks to all of the new friends I made for making my first time so enjoyable (yes, insert joke here...but nothing else)! My only fear is subsequent cons will not live up to this one...so I will just have to go out of my way to ensure they blow it out of the water. Thanks again, Reaper! And to Bel: *in Helpful Stalker persona* "Yeah, that's hot. I like that. Do that again. Oh wait...you're leaving the room...make sure you turn off the lights because that wastes energy. Yeah, that's hot."
  6. I also like an Asian faction, utilizing Ninjas, Samurai as the upper end grunts, Eastern style dragon, kitsune (fox people types), etc; even have some samurai/code of bushido SA's Like the idea of a Fire Giant faction as well, nice counterpoint to Icingstead. Also like the Arabian faction idea. Nice potential with that. How about a "clockwork men" faction? Maybe they have a certain amount of time to battle before the need to be rewound or something? Or a faction commanded by a lone wizard and the army he/she commands would be made up entirely of golems or elementals centered around one of the four elements? I guess they would be of a "Merc"-like faction, not having an actual nation to represent.
  7. They did have some starter sets when Warlord 1 was released and you might be able to find some doing some looking online (I believe both Dwarves and Crusaders as well a few others were available this way). Maybe check ebay or some online stores for deals to buy en masse.
  8. Made a list a couple of days ago that I really liked but unfortunately it's at home and I'm at work and I can't remember it so here's another one I made. Icingstead - 1000 points Troop 1 Boerogg Blackrime, Frostreaver Magic Weapon Frost Armor Oga Snowpelt, Yeti Shaman Frost Giant Spearman x 6 Kaya the Reaper Luck Stone Troop 2 Frost Wyrm or Icingstead - 1000 points Troop 1 Boerogg Blackrime, Frostreaver Magic Weapon Oga Snowpelt, Yeti Shaman Frost Giant Spearman x 5 Troop 2 Kaya the Reaper Barbarian Spearthrower x 4 Bracers of Chaos Troop 3 Frost Wyrm
  9. I play Elves, Reven, Temberthil and Korborlas. I have an eye toward playing Icingstead (love those Frost Giants) and Darkreach (those mini's look amazing!).
  10. Icingstead - 999 points Troop 1 Boerogg Blackrime, Frostreaver Magic Weapon Oga Snowpelt, Yeti Shaman Frost Giant Spearman x 5 Yeti Warrior x 3 Albatross Amulet Troop 2 Frost Wyrm or Koborlas - 999 points Troop 1 Vasyl, Rageclaw Alpha Magic Weapon Ragon the Blooded Rageclaw Slayer x 7 Luck Stone Troop 2 Spirit Wolf
  11. Here's the ones I came up with: Elves Elves - 1000 points Troop 1 Argyrian, Silver Dragon Ellithin Graysteel Magic Weapon Centaur Warrior x 9 Centaur Archer Troop 2 Mossbeard the Treeman or Elves - 900 points + Totem of Battle Troop 1 Argyrian, Silver Dragon Ellithin Graysteel Magic Weapon Royal Guardsman x 10 Loryn Stormblade, Royal Blade Luck Stone Book of Tactics Troop 2 Mossbeard the Treeman Reven Reven - 900 points + Totem of Battle Troop 1 Varaug the Great, Bull Orc Bonesplitter Ogre Warrior x 10 Troop 2 Hill Giant
  12. Not bad, but I'm not particularly enamored of the Skeeters. Going with your list, I would tweak it like this: Reven - 995 points Troop 1 Narg Bloodtusk, Bull Orc Bull Orc Fighter x 4 Luck Stone Troop 2 Kharg, Bull Orc Orc Warrior x 5 Troop 3 Kharg, Bull Orc Orc Warrior x 5 Troop 4 Gakalath, Orc Bull Orc Archer x 4 Troop 5 Hill Giant Troop 6 Hill Giant
  13. Another idea on this list was this: Reven - 900 points Troop 1 Varaug the Great, Bull Orc Bonesplitter Gonda, Goblin Orc Warrior x 5 Troop 2 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 4 Troop 3 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 4 Troop 4 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 4 Troop 5 Hill Giant Troop 6 Hill Giant And adding a Totem of Battle for 100 points. My only apprehension with this list is the +1 MAV might not be worth it for points and/or models selected.
  14. More accurately you need 4 leaders to field 2 hill giants. Yeah, we were able to ascertain in another thread that I had erred... I did come up with two variations on this that are legal though Army #1 Reven - 1000 points Troop 1 Varaug the Great, Bull Orc Bonesplitter Gonda, Goblin Orc Warrior x 6 Bloodmane, Gnoll Champion Armor of Courage Troop 2 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 4 Troop 3 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 4 Troop 4 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 4 Troop 5 Hill Giant Troop 6 Hill Giant or Army #2 Reven - 1000 points Troop 1 Varaug the Great, Bull Orc Bonesplitter Gonda, Goblin Orc Warrior x 9 Troop 2 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 5 Troop 3 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 5 Troop 4 Urga, Beastman Beastman Woodcutter x 5 Troop 5 Hill Giant Troop 6 Hill Giant
  15. So, did we err in our game? I was trying to explain to someone how I was able to do it but couldn't remember the explanation.
