Thanks You, Mercius, Thanks for the complement on the metalwork it is not NMM, I used the Reaper Steel triad with a wash of chaos black. I am not very happy with the darker metal I was going for a darker metal effect were you go from the dark color straight to the lightest. Need to work on my chipped metal skills they are too large. Kang, I am happy if I have inspired you to paint a lonely mini. I will take some better shots of it and submit it to the inspirational gallery.

It is only part skill, a good CNC machine helps. Still don't know if it will keep the wife out.

Now t hat I have a dedicated space to paint in I thought I should mark out my territory so the wife does not move in and evict me again. Therefore, I made this sign and I thought you all would enjoy it.

That's what is great about paint and at the worst case there is always simple green :) -
Here is my first finished work from start to finish since I started painting again. It only took me 2 months to complete. I am fairly happy with it. Please provide any comments or criticisms so I can improve on the next one I have started, hopefully it won’t be 2 months before I can post the next one. Do you all think this is good enough for the inspiration gallery?

I think your color theme sounds good and I cannot wait to see the finished piece.

This is a good sold paint job, you have good brush control and with more practice, everything else will improve. I have to agree with everyone on the use of white. Cannot wait to see your next one.

Good Work.

WOW, that mini brings back some old memories, the old ones did not have the detail but there is something nice about them. You did a great job on him. -
