Howdy folks, been a long time fan of reaper minis but never posted here before. I recently got into a game called "Song of Blades and Heroes" I ordered some reaper figs to use in it as well as a few PP and other ones.

Mix water and PVA glue, bout 50/50 ratio, then slowly add the snow flock until its nice and thick. Once its dry it will hold its shape much better and be smoother, but still nice, white and thick.
