  1. A friend of mine gave this to me to paint It's the first time working with a 3d printed figure. I wasn't sure if it would take paint or if I should smooth it out. This is what it looks like now still working on it

  4. Thank you for the great advice. I tried Pingo's suggestion it looks better. There isnt much detail on the head to begin with the eyes are nonexistent and the respirator covers most of the bottom leaving a giant forehead Again thanks the information will be used later
  5. This is my first attempt at darker skin. Not sure how to highlight it more, or does it even need more. Unfortunately I don't remember what I used for a base color, I did use War paints strong tone as a wash and reaper sun tan to lighten it a little Thanks for the advice.

  8. Just finished this guy I was working on the the base more I also lost the stick platform for the goblins so they aren't on

  11. It's been a long time since i have posted anything these have been done for about a year. just reset my password for here so i'll try to put more stuff up. feel free to tear them up that way i can get better

  13. It took a little while to get him based could use static grass near the fence but couldn't find any locally gave him two ear rings (copper wire), made his base out of plaster and sand the fence is coffee stirrers and bass wood hope ya'll like him. C&C welcomed thanks for looking
  14. I think it was from Dark Horse Miniatures but I'm not sure, I know I bought him between 1986 and 1989. There is no markings on the bottom at all. Might have been for one of the generic games about tthat time. Thank you, The eyes are a little blood shot. Just a very thin ink wash I'll try to get him finished this week
  15. thanks fo the advice, spikes on the collar and ear rings are possible (need to get scupting putty). did get a little more done on his body fur and I did lighten the fur in his ears a bit messed up the "A" and had to redo well this is it so far again thanks for the input
  16. So I was cleanin out my garage and stumbled upon a whole big box of figures. this one was begging me to start painting again. well its a start and the desire to paint is coming back. So what does it need,beside the base thanks for looking
